I failed my NYS inspection and was told that the catalytic converter was the reason I failed the inspection. I went in looking to buy my first new car. I was very anxious and had been treated rather poorly when I went to Paragon in Queens, so I had a reluctance to the whole idea of car shopping. After all the horror stories you hear from people about salesmen and dealers jerking you around, I wasn't looking forward to the process. I was nervous about making a commitment of this magnitude and was unsure if I was making the right decision. Joe was terrific at making me more excited about the prospect of the new car while putting my nerves at ease about the commitment. He took his time to make sure that I was getting what I needed in a car as well as what I wanted. Mark was also very key in the process too. He taught me a lot about financing vs leasing, the pros and cons of each, and just put me at ease about what I was getting into on the whole. I walked away with the car that I wanted. I'm paying a little more than I had anticipated, but I got THE car I wanted all along (even if I didn't get my sunroof, I was still happy). I would return to them in the future for another car and definitely would recommend them if you want to get some insight about what the heck you're getting into for a first time new car buyer. This is one dishonest dealer. They don't deliever what I paid for. I purchased a new 2011 Hyundai Veracruz from Plaza Auto Mall. I paid for the SUV and took it home the same day. I ordered "roof cross rail paid for. I purchased a new 2011 Hyundai Veracruz from Plaza Auto Mall. I paid for the SUV and took it home the same day. I ordered "roof cross rails" for this SUV as part of purchasing. The dealer is supposed to order the rails within two days, since they don’t have them in stock. After two weeks the car dealer haven't ordered them. I have spoken to the salesman a few times in between. He gave many excuses about not able to order the rails. The rail is available for sale online http://www.hyundaiaccessorystore.com/Hyundai_Veracruz_Cross_Rail_Kit.html. I spoke to the dealer's managers about refunding the money for the rails since they couldn’t order the rails. They refused and made fun of me for requesting a refund. The salesman called me two days later to offer a refund or order the rails ONLY after I gave them the best survey online from Hyundai. He said my survey is very important to his commission. This is blackmail. More

My husband went to Plaza Automall and Tranasia spent several hours explaining all our options. The next day I went with him to lease an Elantra and we decided to buy a Sonata. My sister and I went into Plaza Hyundai on February 21 to look at the Elantra and the Tucson. We had told him that we would not be purchasing cars that day and we were treated no differently than if we were ready to buy. We went back on July 17, prepared to purchase cars. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!! Frank remembered us and what cars we wanted. My sister took delivery of her Elantra a few days later. Frank went above and beyond to accommdate her with finding the car in the color she wanted. He made the whole experience a pleasure. My Tucson took a little longer to find. WOW!!! Frank and the managers really exceeded all expectations..They got my Tucson a few days later. I am now the proud owner of a Hyundai Tucson and love it. Everyone at Plaza Hyundai are pleasant, friendly and have made our experience a pleasant one. Frank never applied any pressure to buy and is always available to answer any questions or help with anything. We had a wonderful experience and have and will continue to recommend Plaza Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a car. We feel like we are now part of a big happy family. More
