They were also extremely helpful coordinating with the insurance agency to process my insurance. The price quoted to me was right around where I was aiming for. They are trustworthy and it was nice not to be scammed into a higher price quote. I am extremely happy with this car, it has EVERYTHING I wanted, and then some! My husband and I had purchased a Hyundai Tucson last year and I was now ready to turn in my leased Lexus and ran back to Hyundai to lease an Elantra. We were so happy with our past experience with Frank tha and I was now ready to turn in my leased Lexus and ran back to Hyundai to lease an Elantra. We were so happy with our past experience with Frank that we decided to get another Hyundai. I haven't enjoyed car shopping in th past and I've done it many, many times, but Frank has made this a pleasant experience from beginning to end. He is down-to-earth, honest, friendly, funny and caring. His involvement with the customer doesn't end with the sale - he calls you to check in with you after your purchase and even calls you on your birthday! All of the staff in the showroom are very welcoming and helpful. From the moment you enter the dealership, you feel comfortable. We have recommended friends to go to see Frank about buying a car and will continue to do so. More

Overall I had a great experience especially considering this was the first time I have leased a car. The salesperson, Joseph Trincilla, was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first ever experience with a car dealership - so although I did some research and spoke to friends etc beforehand, I really had little idea what to expect aside from the usual horror stories. Wen so although I did some research and spoke to friends etc beforehand, I really had little idea what to expect aside from the usual horror stories. Went in there to test drive a Tucson GLS, and Anthony was exceptionally helpful in telling me about the car, its capabilities and accessories, etc. We discussed methods of payment - I wanted to buy the car outright with cash, Anthony tried to persuade me to lease/finance it. That's a fairly absurd discussion to have with someone you've only just met, but whatever! To his credit, Anthony didn't push the point too hard. There was then a fun game of trying to find out the exact, actual price of buying the car, at which point the General Manager was brought over to confirm that they could meet my figure "within a few hundred". God alone knows what this dealership is like if you really know your stuff about negotiating the price on a car - I'm fairly sure they sensed my inexperience and decided they could get some more money out of me. But that's fine: that's their job, and they do it very well - and in my case, very charmingly. The process when I went back a few days later to pick up the car was very smooth indeed: after doing the relevant paperwork Anthony spent almost an hour with me and the car, guiding me through every single switch/lever/feature, helping to sync my phone with its Bluetooth system, etc. He's polite, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. In summary: I had a good experience at Plaza Hyundai and I'm very happy with my new car - even though I know I ended up paying a bit more than I should have. More
