Spoke with Marchello over the phone about purchasing a new 2012 hyundai accent.Assured me he could get the car within 2 days and beat the price offered to me by another dealer.His exact quote was "I new 2012 hyundai accent.Assured me he could get the car within 2 days and beat the price offered to me by another dealer.His exact quote was "I have a $10,000 gaurantee to beat them.Come down and I will make your trip worth while".After spending almost $60.00 in gas and tolls to get there Mike the sales manager,told me they could not get me the car or beat the price but offered a different color at $100.00 less.I spoke with Marchello again the next day and he assured me he was the biggest dealer around and had influence with the area representative and give him a few days to find the car and he would call back.It has been 2 weeks,I have called every other day.He refuses to return my call or answer the phone.I would definately not recommend this dealer if you have problems like this trying to buy, I can only imagine what would happen if you had a warrantee issue. More

About a month ago I walked into Plaza Hyundai with my seventeen year old son. He understand all of my sons concerns (looks of a car- sunroof- color etc). Yet he claimed that he had a mother just like myself and knew how she felt about him when he turned seventeen.
