I went to see some cars at Hundai Plaza Auto Mall in Brooklyn, NY, Spoke tp Mr. Frank Mosca, and told him I just like to see what you have, that I was not ready to buy as of yet, due to the fact I had a Brooklyn, NY, Spoke tp Mr. Frank Mosca, and told him I just like to see what you have, that I was not ready to buy as of yet, due to the fact I had an HHR Chevy I needed to sell so I would be able to have a trade in,( Chevy Dealer offered almost nothing! )Frank had gave me an offer for the trade in for my HHR CHEVY, I almost fell to the floor!he said I be able to pay it off in full! Plus I told him that I was on a tight buget as well!Frank Showed me the car I fell in love with a Silver 2011 Sonata,and gave me a price that I be able to work with! within my means, The car was beautiful, plus it was had BLUE TOOTH, which I could talk on my own cell phone through the speakers of the car, as with my HHR CHEVY I had (ON STAR),I had verzion and had free mins. untill they cancelled my contract, and then said I have to pay for my minutes, through On Star! I was fit to be tied! I couldn't wait to get ride of that car with ON STAR!Plus you had to pay something like $150.00 per year just to keep ON STAR ACTIVE. Getting back to my sales person Frank Mosca he is a very nice person, he listens to what your needs are! Does not push you, he does his best to make his customers happy,I have told many of my friends to see Mr. Frank Mosca before they go to another dealer, because Frank will get you the best price, and that you be very saisfied with the out come, he will treat you as if you were family. I was very happy with my new car. Mr Mosca will call you on your birthday as well. plus he gave me a free car wash and a free 1st oil change, how can you beat that. After a disappointing visit to Giuffre Hyundai I paid a visit to Plaza Hyundai and was extremely impressed by my experience there and quality of service. At Giuffre, I was turned off completely by the LACK visit to Plaza Hyundai and was extremely impressed by my experience there and quality of service. At Giuffre, I was turned off completely by the LACK of service, ie: no one helped me until after 15 minutes, couldn't get a test drive the same day, was quoted an outrageous lease payment, and there was very little selection to choose from. At Plaza, the minute I walked in, the Silver Sonata SE I had wanted was displayed right there in the showroom waiting for me. I was immediately taken care of by Anthony Schmidt who treated me like gold. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and went over every feature of the car to pick out the right packages. He explained a few lease options that made sense and while I had little to put down, he assured me that I should not worry. His manager, Marcello came over and worked out a lease payment that beat the other dealer by $50 a month! Anthony insured the vehicle for me via telephone in less than 5 minutes, put the plate on my car, and demonstrated what each button does and even set up the bluetooth to my iPhone. I was really impressed by the professionalism of the entire dealership and the attention I was given. I will be going back to Hyundai when my lease is up and look forward to doing business with Anthony again. More

I just purchased a 2012 Sonata. I dealt with Paul. I thought that he was fantastic. He was so helpful. He never at any point made me feel pressured about buying a new car.
