Buying a car for most of us is likely to be one of if not the most expensive purchase we make in life and as such it can be a stressful experience. Car salesmen of course need to close deals, and the constan the most expensive purchase we make in life and as such it can be a stressful experience. Car salesmen of course need to close deals, and the constant pressure to rack up sales unfortunately causes many of them to be quite pushy and place pressure on potential customers. So when I found myself visiting Hyundai dealers looking for a 2012 Elantra I was expecting the worst, until I walked into Plaza Hyundai and met Mr. Ronald Brookes. I reside in Bay Ridge Brooklyn and as you would expect I visited the local showroom first, however within the first five minutes of speaking with Mr. Brookes I knew he was going to be the man to help me buy my new car. This man was not only the complete and total opposite of the dreaded "pushy salesman". He proved himself to be a true “Gentlemen” in every sense of the word. He was knowledgeable, kind, considerate, understanding, humorous and professional. Needless to say with the help of Mr. Brookes I happily drove home last night with the exact car I wanted. Unbelievably, the story gets better. The manner in with which Plaza processed my purchase can best be described as the equivalent to the workings of fine Swiss watch. Ronald processed all the DMV bull-sh-t for me in a blink and then introduced me to Michael, the financing Mgr. whose last name escapes me. Well Michael much like Ronald proved to be an absolute Gentlemen and pleasure to deal with. As with Ronald, Michael never once tried to push on me “bells and whistles” I clearly did not need. The efficient and hassle free manner in which Michael processed my papers once again made this significant purchase in my life completely stress free. By the time the car was prepped and ready for me to take possession it had started raining like crazy and When I told Ronald it was not necessary for him to spend time with me in the pouring rain to go over all the cars features, He once again showed his dedication to his job and convinced me to allow him to do so which proved to be well worth my time. In closing let me state that my overall experience with Plaza Hyundai easily earns a 5 STAR +rating and I would happily be an un-paid spokesmen for their operation and STRONGLY recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai. I went into the dealership for an inspection for my 2003 Hundai Elantra. I was asked if I would be interested in looking for a new car, I was interested in just looking so, in March of 2012 I'd have an idea Hundai Elantra. I was asked if I would be interested in looking for a new car, I was interested in just looking so, in March of 2012 I'd have an idea about the type of car I might like to purchase. That is when I met Frank Mosca. He was a breath of fresh air, compared to a lot of sales personnel in today's market. He looks out for his customers and makes sure you are well informed to make the best decision. I left the dealership with a new Hundai Elantra (2012)knowing that I had made a good decision and was given the best deal possible. I know I can call Frank or any of the gentlmen there who played a role in my purchase anytime and feel confident that they will assist me to the best of their knowledge and ability. More
