I decided to give it a shot and met Mr. Hinds. He was patient, respectful and extremely friendly. It was due to his great customer service that honestly I decided to ignore my horrific experience at the other dealership and get a car with Honda. Mr. Hinds was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was respectful and a true gentleman. He seems passionate about his job and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the purchase. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Jamell Reid was a great guy to work with. Although I couldn't get the car on my first visit, due to no credit history, and then had to reschedule my appointment was a great guy to work with. Although I couldn't get the car on my first visit, due to no credit history, and then had to reschedule my appointment twice because of personal reasons, Jamell showed great professionalism and customer service throughout this whole process. I got a very fair quote for the car and switched to a much better insurance option thanks to Jamell.
