I was looking to lease a car and ended up at a Honda dealership. The people there were rude and unprofessional. After having a horrible experience at that Honda dealership, I decided that I didn't want dealership. The people there were rude and unprofessional. However, my brother and a friend convinced me to go to Plaza Honda since they had bought their cars from there before and raved about the customer service. I decided to give it a shot and met Mr. Hinds. He was patient, respectful and extremely friendly. It was due to his great customer service that honestly I decided to ignore my horrific experience at the other dealership and get a car with Honda. Mr. Hinds was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was respectful and a true gentleman. He seems passionate about his job and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the purchase. I had always owned Toyotas, and was very loyal to Toyota. However, when I compared the Santa Fe to the Highlander, I found that I could get all the bells and whistles on the Santa Fe and paid significantly l However, when I compared the Santa Fe to the Highlander, I found that I could get all the bells and whistles on the Santa Fe and paid significantly less than I would have paid for a basic Highlander. When I checked Consumer Reports and found how highly the Santa Fe was rated, I decided to take a chance. I was recommend by a friend who recently went to plaza auto mall and traded in his car and told me that the guy that helped him was great very knowledgeable about his cars. MR. Hickman I went to plaza Honda and met with MR. Hickman   I'm glad I did. The Hyundai is comfortable and handles beautifly. I have to give praise to MR. Hickman and manager wilki for his customer service. I am very impressed overall. I would definitely recommend this car to a friend. I Lenor Bellgrave was looking to purchase a car over the last five months. In most situation I had some form of dissatisfaction, or complaint. A friend recommended me to visit the Honda at the plaza. From the moment I came in he tried to put me at ease. I am not a very patient person, and I always have a lot of questions. Mr Prescod manage to put my spirit at ease, never once did he behave as though my question were too much, or that my questions were stupid. on top of that, he treated my as though I was the most important person in the world at that moment. I went home and told my husband that I found a dealership with really caring honest people and we agreed we will be back in the near future to make that purchase.
