ATTENTION! CROOKS OPERATING AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I brought my car for service here for the first time as it was still under warranty. After I picked it up, there were some valuables missing from car like my g my car for service here for the first time as it was still under warranty. After I called them and explained the situation, there is nothing they are doing to resolve this issue. It took me few day to even talk to the manager there. The lack of customer service accompanied with the rudeness made me regret getting a Honda. Honda Plaza SUCKS! Take your car elsewhere, you cannot trust these people. I know this won't help my situation, but I hope that all you Honda owners out there are warned and won't have to go through what I went through! More

Dexter Thomas was a very knowledgeable and affable person. He gave very clear and detailed explanations regarding the vehicles and services associated with them. Dexter was quite patient, as I had a lot of questions and, at times, needed to "do the math" before I was willing to move forward with the process. As a first time new car buyer, my guard was up and through his professionalism, Dexter proved that it wasn't necessary. Throughout the process, I felt that he was working with me on my purchase as opposed to selling me something. The assistance that Dexter Thomas and Kevin Klein provided helped to solidify my opinion that it was fortuitous for me that I took my folks' recommended and made Plaza Auto my first stop.
