He was able to give me the best price based on the available programs from American Honda. I thought I was in the market for a Civic LX but Harry was able to get me a better deal on the leftover 2012 EX which has more options for LESS money! I was extremely satisfied with all of the personal attention and customer service all of these employees provided. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Other than my personal experience, the dealership as a whole was extremely welcoming. There are over 40 vehicles in the showroom (yes I counted because I couldn't believe the size) in every color imaginable and every trim level possible, which really help when deciding what you want. The entire facility was spotless. And every staff member I encountered was extremely polite and helpful. Many times when I was awaiting paperwork to sign, employees asked if I needed help with anything. I appreciate the attention and how helpful the employees are. Also, the paperwork process couldn't have been easier. All in all, buying a car at Plaza Honda was the smartest financial decision I've made.
