Plaza Honda

Drove an hour after being told the price was open to negotiation. When i got there, i was assigned a salesman(Steve) who had me waiting for an hour before he sent me to look at the wrong car. I ended up locating the right car across the street after being helped by another salesman. Didn't get to even heard the car start up since i basically had to show the car to myself. Even after all this, i was still willing to purchase, went back inside and requested to change salesman. My new salesman was a lot more helpful but the dealership practices didn't get close the deal. Online price i was quoted at was different, than what they quote you in person. Wanted me to pay for certification on a vehicle that apparently included it. More

IF I could have given them lower than one star, I would have done it. They literally contacted me than ten times in three days after submitting a request through Costco auto program. When i went there first the attempted to give me the price on a piece of paper, and when I confronted them and asked them for the print out, they gave it to me, but then offered me $8000 less for my trade in, which I received at another dealership in writing to compensate for the fact that according to the Costco program they would have sold me the care for $3000 less than MSRP. Incredibly dishonest, I will never recommend them More

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Ron Lazkani becomes a different sales person once you give him your debit card. He doesn't follow up or follow through. He promises and does not deliver. I was actually afraid to go there because of some of the stuff i read,i have purchased 10 cars in my lifetime and this last one was the first time with honda and for me so far was the best experience.I got stuff i read,i have purchased 10 cars in my lifetime and this last one was the first time with honda and for me so far was the best experience.I got to say it went really well with all persons that i interacted with during transaction.I cant tell you how happy i was when i drove out of there in my new vehicle.I was so happy i just kept driving because the vehicle was so beautiful and i was still sort of in shock of how well it went for me so if u looking for for a good vehicle give them a chance go see for yourself.Have your paperwork ready,you can always ask questions.They will explain to you whatever you need to know.The sales consultant i worked with was Steven Shumel and from my time there a couple of his customers came in with different questions or something they needed and he took care of them too with no hesitation from what i saw! For now i give them 5 stars and since now i am a honda customer i hope it can stay at five stars! More

Horrible place, don’t ever bring your car here ! the communication is VERY POOR. They don’t tell you what they are doing to your vehicle and then they give you a big random bill. They charged me a 425 dollar refundable security deposit as part of my downpayment on a lease.
