Lawrence's sales approach is unaggressive and patient. One thing we did not like was being handed off to someone else to handle the paperwork and final negotiations. This was not Lawrence's fault, just their procedure and I believe it is quite common in the industry. That being said, we leased an Acura a couple of years ago and the sales rep did all of the negotiating and paperwork, which made for a smoother process. More

I recently leased a 2012 CRV from Plaza Honda and I had a great experience. This was my FIRST time leasing a car, and Stan and his colleagues were extremely helpful and patient. Stan made himself available via telephone and E-mail to assist with questions regarding insurance and various paperwork prior to/and after the sale of the vehicle. When I went to finalize paperwork and pick up the car everything was smooth and efficient. Great trade in price for my old car, and unmatched lease deal for the CRV. Adrian was also another friendly employee that I interacted with at Plaza Honda. Adrian assisted me with financial paperwork, and was kind and informative, like Stan.
