Plaza Honda

This is the fourth time we have leased our Honda from Plaza. I have been happy with the customer service during the selection and leasing. MR LAWRENCE HINDS is a outstanding sales man who delivers what he promise i had a 2007 ALTIMA went to PLAZA AUTO MALL to make a trade but plaza offerd was not enough BUT MR HINDS was unsatisfied so he keep what he promise i had a 2007 ALTIMA went to PLAZA AUTO MALL to make a trade but plaza offerd was not enough BUT MR HINDS was unsatisfied so he keep looking for a way to get me into a new honda finally about two month later MR HINDS call me and said that honda was promoting accord so i went in but again they offer to low but they too off $2,500 but monthly payment was too heigh so i said no deal then MR HINDS went to speak to finance man twice but nothing so MR HINDS went to finance manager and get me a lower MONTHLY PAYMENT SO IF IT WAS NOT FOR MR LAWRENCE HINDS PLAZA WOULDN'T GET A SALE FROM ME ( I RECOMMEND LAWRENCE HINDS AS A 5 STAR SALESMAN ) thanks MR HINDS but with all the months of hard work MR HINDS did trying to get me into a new honda plaza turn around give another salesman his commission me and my wife wanted to give back the car because we are so sad but we couldn't SO TO ANYONE THAT GO TO PLAZA TO MR HINDS DON'T LET PLAZA LET YOU SIT WITH OTHER SALESMAN AND PROMISE THAT MR HINDS WILL GET HIS COMMISSION IT WILL NOT HAPPEND More

On April of 2012 I walked into Plaza Honda not knowing what I was going to do with my existing lease. After speaking to Harry Potamianos and Steven Shumel I got a fantastic deal on a new lease and left w what I was going to do with my existing lease. Harry was a true gentleman, he worked out the numbers for me and made me feel comfortable with the decision I was making. The overall experience was OK, but when asking the sales man a direct question on the phone you can not get a straight answer. Jared was extremely helpful in selecting the right car for my wife and me--actually this was to be her car. We needed a car that can accomodate a mobility scooter and an automatic lift mechanism (after ma for my wife and me--actually this was to be her car. We purchased a Honda CRV EX-L NAV. We had a 2001 Lexus RX300 to trade in. Jared expedited the valuation and offered us a very fair price & trade in value(checked out on the web as a best value target to negotiate to and he offered this up front!). We picked up the new car; such complicated electronics, particularly the navigation. Jared was extremely patient explaining it to my wife who hates computer complexity. He set up the car for us, spending lots of time until all questions were answered and we were comfortable driving away. We've been a customer of Plaza going way back to the '80s. We have been treated well each time (many cars). We're older, the cars are more complex and Jared was as good outstanding. Love the car--Hooray! More
