After visiting 2 other Honda dealers (North Shore & Hillside) I can confidently tell you that Plaza is stands alone as the best Honda dealer around. At no point was he "pushy" he maintained a 100% professional demeanor, despite my obvious reservations in entering a 36 month financial commitment. I walked in to plaza anticipating buying a 2009 civic and drove out in a 2012 accord. In an industry that is cluttered with sleazy, lying, bait & switch "professionals", Dexter Thomas stands alone at the top of the industry. I will 100% recommend him to anyone and I will undoubtedly work with him once my lease is up. More
