Reccomendation: It would be nice to have updated info on our repairs every 30 minutes or so. I sat and waited for 4 hours until I was told my car was ready. came in for a oil change, tire rotation and check a squeaking noise. Said noise may be the rear shocks. Said our tires were about ready to be replaced. Offered to sell us new tires. We declined. Contact and communication with Jeremy was good, my only gripe is , that having a Chrysler 300c I had expected at least a vacuum if not a wash, of the car.
