The parts and services departments are extremely friendly and helpful. I am super impressed with the level of customer service and helpfulness from calling to in person. NORMALLY THEY ARE AMAZING , avoid Gator as a service adviser . He need a lot of training , lacks skills with communications, and needs to understand when someone sets an appointment at 830am , the adviser . Service was fine. I had trouble with the tires and everything was checked to make sure there were no leaks. Oil change was performed. Vehicle was done in a timely manner. The seats in the waiting room are so uncomfortable that I cannot sit there for more than five minutes - all of the seats!
