If free service wasn’t included for the first 2 years, there is no way I would use this service department. Waited for hours for an oil change. I can go to Walmart and get it done in 40 minutes. I spent almost 4 hours sitting and waiting for an oil change and car wash. This is with me arriving 15 mins early for my appt. More

Called made an appointment for 7:30 am ask how long it would take for oil change and tire rotation was told 45 minutes to and hour. I was there at 7:20 am no one else was there. 7:30 they let me in the wa would take for oil change and tire rotation was told 45 minutes to and hour. I was there at 7:20 am no one else was there. 7:30 they let me in the waiting room due to temperatures in the 30’s. They didn’t even move my car until 7:45. 8:30 I told I need to go to work it’s been an hour and was told 1 guy was out sick and they had 5 cars backed up. I told them to get my car I need to leave for work, another 10 minutes went by and they brought my car to me. I had the oil change done they said, but no tire rotation. I don’t even belly they did the oil change. On the paper work they didn’t give me the check list where everything is fine or if something needs attention. Also no masks or social distancing, I live my Jeep, but the service department is lacking. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problem with them. More

The parts and services departments are extremely friendly and helpful. I am super impressed with the level of customer service and helpfulness from calling to in person. I needed a key FOB added to my Ram 25 and helpful. I am super impressed with the level of customer service and helpfulness from calling to in person. I needed a key FOB added to my Ram 2500 Tradesmen, 2 other dealerships said it cannot be done. The parts department at Plaza said they can do it and sure enough within 20min of my appointment I have a key fob! Thank you all More
NORMALLY THEY ARE AMAZING , avoid Gator as a service adviser . He need a lot of training , lacks skills with communications, and needs to understand when someone sets an appointment at 830am , the adviser .
