Hello Mr. Crowe, I tried contacting the Service Manger for over two weeks, I then tried to contact you. As you didn't return my calls, I assumed you were ghosting me too. I understand people get busy and can't return a call immediately, but my car was serviced on 12/21/24 and here we are, three weeks later and only after I write a review you are willing to talk to me. The sad part is, if the Service would have returned my call or at least the second call the issued would have been resolved. You, the Service Manager, and the Service Desk have my contact number in voice mails and notes. Please call me anytime. Bob
