Bad experience with their service department. They took 6 weeks to fix. Much of the work was not good. The truck broke down on the way home because they disconnected the fuel pump gauge when They took 6 weeks to fix. Much of the work was not good. The truck broke down on the way home because they disconnected the fuel pump gauge when they replaced the fuel pump. We took the truck back as they said they warrantee their work. They would not even look at the truck. Truck again broke down due to overheating. We also said you overcharged us in general ($2900 was about double what we think the work was worth) for example for an oil change we were quoted $50 and they charged $100. They said they used better oil? They said they don't like to work on cars more than 10 years old. They don't even keep the parts. I tried to complain to the manager but he would not take my 3 calls. Made an appointment for service for 9 AM, I was going to wait for my vehicle. I arrive, told that they are short a mechanic that day, it may be a while. No problem, I completely understand. Actually turns out they could not finish the service that day, and said they needed to keep the Jeep overnight. Again no problem. The service was nothing special, fluids, filters and spark plugs. The PROBLEM is that when I pick the Jeep up the next day, it has an additional 15 miles on it. No explanation whatsoever. Pretty much yeah so what, someone drove your vehicle around somewhere for 15 miles. They admit they have no idea who or why it was driven around for 15 miles. Did an employee take it home overnight ? Did an employee use it to go stalk their husband, wife, boyfriend or girlfriend? Plaza has no idea and doesn't care. SO THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Yes, I called the phone number on the service invoice that says if you are not satisfied with the service work performed call the Service Manager, problem is the number listed is a non working number. I call, ask to speak to a manager, of course none available, give us your name and we will have someone get back to you. Of course, the service writer whom I originally gave my keys to calls and tells me she has no idea why or who drove my care around for 15 miles. That's it, no idea, (kinda like we don't care) Everyone should be cautious when dealing with Plaza - who knows who is using your vehicle when you drop it off for service. More
Kristen was awesome I called for an appointment and I was able to get the front and rear brakes done on my car in a timely and for what I was quoted. Took 5 emails to get a response I finally got. From GM. I went to the SunBiz website to find the owner. I got my answer finally . I even had one person respond and she was no help even thou From GM. DO NOT GO THERE. I bought a CPO, and 3 months of owning it there was major problems that multiple mechanics stated could not of occurred during this duration. And even taking it back to the dealership they also stated that for the damage that occurred my car would have been towed or in a wreck. (Which it was in neither) so with no help from the GM, they gave me a “discount” and would not compliment me which was clearly their mistake selling me a car with previous damage. Very rude customer service. If you feel the need to buy a car there. Take a master mechanic and double check their work before you purchase a car by them. I never felt more dissatisfied. If I could I would give this 0 stars. More
James Perez and I had a he said she said conversation. I said don't do all the maintenance he suggested just fix the broken door. He said that I said do all the work. Excellent vehicles. Unfortunately, horrible communication with parts and service. Ex recalls( there where 2). The 1st one I initiated the call to parts. Extensive wait f Unfortunately, horrible communication with parts and service. Ex recalls( there where 2). The 1st one I initiated the call to parts. Extensive wait for part. The 2nd( which is extremely urgent as it deals with the coolant agent , which can result in fire to vehicles and potential passengers) I was promised a call from the parts department, when the part was in, never came. I’m talking months. I let it go to to have issues, but again no promised call. Again, I initiated the call. Insult to injury, a slap in the face; they were fully stocked. It gets worse. Service reported, again with my initiated call( 4, 1/2 hrs in) left a voicemail, that was return 1/2hr. The recall required a 2nd part- not in stock!! Bottom line- parts and service get a low grade for communication to each other. More importantly to the consumer. Now I’m onto day 2. I had anticipated 1 day. Reality is; I’ll receive my vehicles, day 3. Obviously, I would have gotten the recall done. It would have been helpful to know in advance it would take 3 days. Sadly, I endured many excuses More
