They told us that they were giving “great” deals if we came in to deal directly with them. We were reluctant because we know what happens...long days there, but we went. We got an email that morning saying the price on the 2018 Dodge Journeys were lowered to $19000.00 ish. There were other “possible” discounts on top of that. We had a USAA discount of $1000 and we used their financing, even though we had our own bank financing for a cheaper rate, to get an additional 500.00 off. When we talked to the sales person we told her we didnt want to talk “payments” because we know how that works, we said we want to talk “out the door” price. We told them we were planning on putting money down and told them how much money we had. We in no way told them that our “out the door” price was including our down payment. Since when does anyone ever mean that! The whole time we negotiated we were asking them, this is out the door right?? Yes right. When we agreed on the numbers, 4 hours later, then waiting for financing, our finance gal never went line by line and by that time, we felt we had negotiated the numbers and get us the heck out of there. BAD IDEA. They had us financing the entire “out the door” price. The numbers were so fudged on the contract you couldn’t tell if you were coming or going. We called the next morning thinking they made an error but they didnt. They would not negotiate with us..and why would they..they got our money. More
Went the extra mile to help with warranty issues. Rob the Service Manager was very helpful in trying to resolve issue with Life time power train warranty. Went out of his way to call former dealership to get repair order of service performed. Even Faxed my copies of repair orders to FCA to help with denied warranty issues.. More

They are great until you sign your contract My name is Patricia Beetle and in December I bought a 2016 BMW , there was a part missing off the front, was told it was ordered and would be there th My name is Patricia Beetle and in December I bought a 2016 BMW , there was a part missing off the front, was told it was ordered and would be there the next day , so when I signed the contract I didn't worry about the i owe you paper because it was supposed to be ordered already and coming next day. That was a big mistake,I guess you can't trust anyone anymore. I called and called asked to talk to several people, got the run around and still am 4 months later. Talked to manager who got snotty with me and found out part was never ordered. Another guy named Richard tried to help me but ordered the wrong part after drove 20 miles to get there and now am getting the run around again. And this was the second vehicle we brought this year from them , where is the customer appreciation? Apparently it is with my part , missing. Shane Dempsey was my salesman who really disappointed me , at least Richard Conner tried to help me when everyone gave me the run around. More
Used Car in Bad Shape My husband and I purchased a 2005 Chrysler 300C just over a month ago. Immediately, the hood latch fell off (broken and glued back on), the A/C vent My husband and I purchased a 2005 Chrysler 300C just over a month ago. Immediately, the hood latch fell off (broken and glued back on), the A/C vent knobs fell off (broken previously), and within 3 days the check engine light went on. We went back in a week to have them replace a broken mirror that was broken when we bought it, but they made us pay for. We complained and threatened to write a poor review, so they had us come back in a week to fix the hood latch and put in a new temp sensor. They ordered the wrong parts for the A/C vents, so that requires another 3 hour trip to get fixed. On Friday, with less than 3000 miles in and just over a month, the brakes were making horrible noises. The back rotors were totally destroyed. Today, we are having it fixed at our shop--new brake pads and rotors on back and new brake pads and rotors turned. All this after Plaza claimed that it passed their multi point inspection prior to sale. We will never shop there again, and encourage others to avoid this dealership. More
