Used Car in Bad Shape My husband and I purchased a 2005 Chrysler 300C just over a month ago. Immediately, the hood latch fell off (broken and glued back on), the A/C vent My husband and I purchased a 2005 Chrysler 300C just over a month ago. Immediately, the hood latch fell off (broken and glued back on), the A/C vent knobs fell off (broken previously), and within 3 days the check engine light went on. We went back in a week to have them replace a broken mirror that was broken when we bought it, but they made us pay for. We complained and threatened to write a poor review, so they had us come back in a week to fix the hood latch and put in a new temp sensor. They ordered the wrong parts for the A/C vents, so that requires another 3 hour trip to get fixed. On Friday, with less than 3000 miles in and just over a month, the brakes were making horrible noises. The back rotors were totally destroyed. Today, we are having it fixed at our shop--new brake pads and rotors on back and new brake pads and rotors turned. All this after Plaza claimed that it passed their multi point inspection prior to sale. We will never shop there again, and encourage others to avoid this dealership. More

I called and made an appt to get my transmission fluid flushed. Price quoted was $170 +/-. Also asked to have engine oil and filter changed , I supplied the oil and filter. Price quoted $10 +/-. I was al flushed. Price quoted was $170 +/-. Also asked to have engine oil and filter changed , I supplied the oil and filter. Price quoted $10 +/-. I was also told it would take about an hour. A little over two hours later I paid the bill - $218.61 This is almost $40 over the quoted price. The job was so messy that I now have oil spots on my garage floor. I also got oil drip on my head while the mechanic was showing all the things he could charge me to fix that he took an hour of careful inspection to find, this was called a free 27 point safty inspection. I allowed myself to think that I would get a better job at a dealership than a quick oil change place. The next time I will go back to the quick oil change shop where I can get my transmission flushed, oil supplied and changed in about 45 minutes at a cost of about $160, and when I am done I wont have to clean my garage floor!
