How Buying A Car Should Be It has been many years since I have purchased a vehicle. With that being said, I had so many questions and uncertainties. Shaun was very warm and pleasant on the phone and made feel like family before even stepping foot in the building. When I pulled in, I was greeted with smiles from all the employees and offered something to eat as well as something hot or cold to drink. I worked with Christian and Jared during the sales process. Both individuals were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly patient with me. I got the exact Ram 1500 I wanted and ended up paying less than I expected. No games or pressure. There wasn't any point in time where I didn't have a smile on my face. You are cheating yourself out of a great deal and a great experience if you buy anywhere else but here. I will most certainly be back for my next vehicle. More

This dealership is awful. I have no idea where their mechanics come from but they should not be working on dodge trucks much less a diesel. I’d rather not rate this dealer, at least from today’s electronic communications standpoint. When anyone gets back to you from a text on their website, it’s the same old rhetoric. Dance around the questions, and with all of my texts and emails, only one person gave me an answer on basic questions regarding a new vehicle sale. My experience is this dealership employees do NOT read the texts and or emails. I feel from the last few days trying to communicate with Plaza employees, I’m not important or they don’t need another vehicle, IN MY OPINION, I’m sorry to say. More

Bad service and sales This place is not a place u would want to to buy a truck we bought a new 2019 ram 1500 from them had it in 7 times to fix already in 45 days still can This place is not a place u would want to to buy a truck we bought a new 2019 ram 1500 from them had it in 7 times to fix already in 45 days still can not fix issues with truck promises to split cost of trailer brake still no trailer brake this place I would not recommend to any one once u buy something from them they could care less about anything they receive there money no customer service and the sad part is we bought 2 trucks from them with issues they don’t care about anything only they have a done deal so now we are stuck with a 50,000 problem truck that no one can seem to fix don’t buy from them More
