We have been doing business with this Jeep dealership since we moved here 7 yrs ago. First it was Crystal and then when it became Plaza. Our last couple of visits to the service area have NOT been pleasa since we moved here 7 yrs ago. First it was Crystal and then when it became Plaza. Our last couple of visits to the service area have NOT been pleasant. It seems to take longer and longer to get the simplest things done(Tire changes,oil changes or a new battery).To have a new tire put on took 4 hours,2-3 hours for an oil change and all day for a new battery.This seems to becoming the norm for you dealership. We would hope that improvements can be made to be more convenient for the customer.If it stays this way we and others will have to go elsewhere. Thank You More

They are ready to deal to sell cars and trucks. I've had offers for 4000 dollars over book on trade in and 9000 dollars off list price on a 50,000 dollar truck. Several times I had to tighten the oil filter because it was leaking after I got home from the service. Another time I had to tighten the lug nuts on a wheel that was visibly loose. Almost all of the staff were awesome. Friendly, fun and helpful. BUT, when you are spending 30-40 THOUSAND dollars you expect the decency and respect of a full demo of your vehicle, if not befoe the sale a helpful. I got dishonesty and frankly xxxxxxxxx instead of respect and professionalism. The "manager" who was also the salesman, said my car was going back to detail to be prepped for delivery and yet it was just as dirty when I drove away with it as it was when I test drove it. I will NEVER do business with Plaza or recommend my family, friends or colleagues. I knew nothing about the features of the car, a hgih end performance vehicle, I will be taking it to a different Dodge dealer to try and figure out what my car does exactly, what the different drive modes are etc. More

I am purchasing the most beautiful used family vehicle that was on the lot. The only problem I had/ have is that my car smelled like cigarettes (Horribly), I am spending alot out of pocket trying everyth that was on the lot.
