came in for a oil change, tire rotation and check a squeaking noise. Said noise may be the rear shocks. Said our tires were about ready to be replaced. Offered to sell us new tires. We declined. Probably the least satisfying transaction purchasing a vehicle I have ever experienced. The"detailing" of the vehicle, which I inspected the next day at home, was terrible. While doing paperwork, the price of 930.00 was mentioned and that was great - but in reality the price was about 5,000.00. After numerous trips to the dealership and phone calls, it has been remedied. I did, however really enjoyed dealing and getting to know Dale. He is a gentleman. If ever in the market for a Chrysler product, it is safe to say it will not come from Plaza. More
