Was at dealership with appointment at 1100 am , I arrived on time . No one was ready to process the purchase of my leased 2019 Ram ..approx. 20 minutes later we got started in the process of the purchase ..l on time . No one was ready to process the purchase of my leased 2019 Ram ..approx. 20 minutes later we got started in the process of the purchase ..lots of issues that were incorrect. 1. the amount of buy out was incorrect 2. appeared to me the dealership added more fees , which did correct 3. the sales tax was incorrect 4. my address and phone # was incorrect, so much for getting it right the first time.. 5. I was at dealership for 4 hours and 23 minutes and a trip to my home to get addition info , because the people at the dealership couldn't figure out a payment not needed in the buy out correctly and wanted to charge me an addition $249.09 another payment from Dec.7th to January 7th 2022..There were zero late payments , which the dealership told me it would take a fews days to get it figured out ...came back from my house and showed them Capital Financial statements and letter hears from them that No outstanding balances .. 6. after waiting for the financial people 1 hour..Address was wrong phone # was incorrect again...but stated they wanted to get it right the first ...than the numbers were wrong again ...taxes were wrong some other numbers also which was about $500 in errors finally we got it corrected... 7. the bank Suncoast fin.ed the loan at 3% which was done right via the dealership. 8. Appears to me in many ways that I experienced , everyone from top to bottom at this dealership should be retrained , so they don't hold up a simple buy out , customer should come first , which I felt that didn't happen ...accountability is absent at this dealership from what I have experienced , sorry to say . If I was the Manager heads would roll, and training would begin , so everyone would be knowledgeable of their responsibilities and follow up to ensure Honesty to the customer in complete before and after the sale of anything... Putting the numbers to gather really was the issue, even the Manager Ryan got involved with his boss, regarding the paperwork from Capital Financial , I pointed out to all that the numbers were changed , finally after all the waiting around they got it right ...My view the Manager needs to get involved when he see's a problem and gets it fixed ....Now not hours later , doesn't show the customer respect in this dealership, especially when over the years I have bought or leased vehicle and they can't get the address right and phone # after many times ...could be the the techanical end also , where the info is not being transfer properly ...either way that needs to be fixed , with a sense of regency . Thank you ..ps I am sure I am not the first to say there are issues that need to be fixed ASAP...and some people at the top and bottom should be replaced and get things in order....I measure each dealership and my experience with them and by far Plaza has the worst record here in Inverness, Florida . I mentioned all these items to help you / the owner to get involved and fix your dealership .Its seems out of control to me compared to other dealerships in the area ...On the surface it looks okay , but its not ...could be in the systems area also ...but good training people should be able to figure it out and get whatever it is fixed ASAP. It would seem to me after everyone seen me there for hours the Manager should have apologized me for all the delays ...that would have helped my mind set of your operation ...Good things start at the top , leadership starts from the top down not the bottom up ..Training needed badly ...all I can say ..
