During the initial phone calls about the vehicle we were interested in, Roger and Tim and Antoine were all helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. We did a lot of the preliminary information e interested in, Roger and Tim and Antoine were all helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. We did a lot of the preliminary information exchange over the phone and there was no pressure to buy the Jeep. We then drove to Plaza CDJR and were greeted by Roger (Dale). The vehicle had been cleaned and the gas tank filled. He and Tim took some time to explain the workings of the vehicle and then took the vehicle for a test drive with Dale. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle. When we got back to Plaza we decided to buy (lease) the vehicle. Their team worked feverishly to get the “paperwork” together. We had not intended to pick up the Jeep that day but since the the paperwork took a little time, we decided to transfer our belonging from our old Jeep to the new Jeep. We actually drove home in the new Jeep that day. We really appreciated the honesty, friendliness, and sincerity displayed to us, which was something we had not found with other dealerships that we recently visited. We were pleasantly surprised and will likely return to Plaza for our next vehicle. More

You can't rate a dealership on a couple of hours you spent there under extreme pressure. Some things good and some I didn't like. Buying a car at any dealer is never pleasant.
