Bill - I have been in contact with your GM and included all the leaders above him in the Suntrup organization. Not much help response or help or even a we will try to do better. It was actually you that didn’t respond and call me back like I was told you would do. You all have work to do and I want folks to be aware of what they are walking into with your business since this happened multiple times with different people. Please focus on communicating with customers and follow through. That will help change your place for the better. So while it looks great for others to see you are out reaching, they need to know it won’t amount to much.
