I have a used BMW. I do a lot of work on it myself when I can because BMW service is so expensive. The guys at Plaza are super friendly. The guy that works at the parts counter is amazingly helpful. Ounce I took the car up there, they told me what was wrong and that I would be able to save a lot of money by doing it myself because they knew their customer. I still got slapped with a $100 service charge but that's pretty standard. More

Plaza Motors customer service was professional and their pricing was compeitve with other dealers in the market. During my experience I met wtih the Used Car Salesman, Used Car Director, General Manager pricing was compeitve with other dealers in the market. During my experience I met wtih the Used Car Salesman, Used Car Director, General Manager and Finance Director. All four people made inquiries as to how there service was and thanked me for my business. There was a short wait to see the Finance Director while another sales was being finalized. During that wait lunch was provided by the BMW General Manager. This was a good experience, I will buy my next vehicle from Plaza Motors as well. More
My wife and I leased a wonderful blue 650 convertible. After the lease, my wife went in and learned about the car from "Woody." Woody is a fantastic teacher on all of the technology that the car has to offer. I don't think we could even come close to the wonderful service, both pre, post, warranty and out-of-pocket repairs! A+! Thank you so much to the wonderful team at Plaza. The right side of the front bumper was not attached to the car. The front tires were cupped, wearing unevenly and made obvious road noise, one head light was damaged, the front wheel wells were missing portions of the fender lining on both sides. When I detailed the issues to the sales person he said that I could not expect them to fix anything but the radio and that the bumper was only missing a bracket. I have had great experiences with their service department over the 10 years I have owned BMWs. My first experience with the sales department was very poor. More
These guys always have some of loaner for you. You don't always have to make an appointment. I like working with Linda S. and Mark Reid. They are very good customer service agents. Linda even tries to cut the cost down. I was going to Suntrup West County for service before and I had to go back every month because they were fixing one thing and breaking something else. When I switched over to Plaza I took my car once during Thanksgiving week and did not have to bring it back till exactly the same time this year. I will only come to them to get my car fixed. More
It was a Pleasure working with Bob. He did a very good job answering all the questions we had. I had a mixed bag with Plaza, but definitely much better than the other dealer I've used multiple times - Suntrup West County. Plaza installed my i-Pod adapter, which itself is apparently a piece of junk. T than the other dealer I've used multiple times - Suntrup West County. Plaza installed my i-Pod adapter, which itself is apparently a piece of junk. Took 3 times to get the install right. The second time, Herb, the Plaza tech who works in i-Pods, destroyed my upper HVAC vents which then needed to be replaced. To make matters worse, he scratched the outside of my then brand-new i-Pod, with no explanation why. The manager agreed to buy me a new i-Pod, but in the end they only settled for $100. Plus, they rented me a Buick Century loaner because they were "out" of BMW's.<br><br>On the good side - I repeatedly asked Suntrup to fix what sounded like a blown speaker on my Harmon-Kardon setup. They kept replacing the right-front speaker (twice). Plaza immediately knew what the problem was - a TSB from BMW explained that the distortion was caused by a rattling rear parcel shelf, which Plaza promptly fixed under warranty - good job on that. <br><br>In the end - it was a mixed bag.
