I was not actually looking to buy a BMW, but after Jason took the time to thoroughly explain all the great features on the X3 I was sold. I was looking to purchase either a Range Rover or Mercedes, but neit took the time to thoroughly explain all the great features on the X3 I was sold. I was looking to purchase either a Range Rover or Mercedes, but neither dealer took the time to "sell" me the vehicle. Jason is not only a dealer but also a BMW owner and knows everything about the features and performance of the cars he sells. Great experience! More

n Sept. 2010, I purchased a 2007 328i that had a factory warranty until March of 2011 or 50,000 miles- whichever came first. Later in September, I purchased a BMW "factory" extended warranty to take me unti warranty until March of 2011 or 50,000 miles- whichever came first. Later in September, I purchased a BMW "factory" extended warranty to take me until 70,000 miles. I paid $2360 for the warranty and was told it would take effect the day my factory warranty expired. I had several issues with the car- lifters, rough idle, repeated stalling, etc. and decided to trade it in in May 2011. So it was only on the extended warranty for 2 months- during that time I had no claims against it. I expected a large portion of my warranty payment back. Instead, I was told I would receive $700.00 back because the mileage is prorated from mile "0" - not when the warranty took over. I went in today (5/28) to speak to Ed Federmann- General Manager of Plaza Motors in St. Louis, MO to discuss my situation. He said," I am working." I said, " it looks to me you are just walking around." He replied," I am the general manager, that's what I do." The business manager who sold me the warranty also indicated he had no idea that's how it worked- that he "just sold the extended warranties." Avoid Plaza like the plaque. Worthless!!! More
Went to dealership to get my 2007 BMW worked on for warranty work. It had 49,000 miles. Took Mark out to show him a 2 inch crack on my driver side seat and 2 large lumps on my passenger side seat. M warranty work. It had 49,000 miles. Took Mark out to show him a 2 inch crack on my driver side seat and 2 large lumps on my passenger side seat. Mark immediately said, I can tell you this will not be covered by BMW. I asked to speak to the Service Manager. The service Manager came out and looked at it and said that the crack is from normal wear and tear and that there is a special way that people should get in and out of their BMW's and I have probably been doing it wrong to cause this crack in the seating area of the seat. I looked at him like he had 5 heads and asked him if he had really said something so stupid and then I asked him if they conduct classes to teach people how to get in and out and how to sit properly in their BMW's when they sell these cars. Of course he said No. They took a picture of the crack and sent it to the BMW Factory and a day later called and said that it was not going to be replaced or fixed under warranty. So, I have to live with this on a car that just has 49,000 miles. I also needed them to look at my brakes that made a loud gripping noise everytime I applied them. Mark called today and said that they have test driven the car and cannot reproduce this sound and the service manager cannot hear it either. The lumps in the passenger seat are getting fixed because they happen to be the airbag sensors poking up and that was the reason that my airbag lights kept going off. Mark called to tell me that they replaced the cushion in that seat and fixed the sensors. I asked him if they tested the seat warmers since they took apart the whole seat, he said, Oh yeah I am sure they are fine and working. I told him that I wanted them to go and make sure that they were fine and working. Unbelievable..... I will never go back to Plaza again and I will tell as many people as possible to not go back there. They are running a very unprofessional and unethical business. More
