Steve was great, he actually works at Infiniti which was my initial vehicle of choice. However, just like STL weather my mind changed constantly. He was actually kind enough and able to assist me at any of the Plaza Dealerships. He was extremelyyyyyyyyy patient with me. I was soooooooooo indecisive about the type of vehicle I wanted. What I did know is I required pure luxury(woodgrain, leather and power everything). I went from white infiniti, to white mercedes, to black mercedes, back to infiniti fx35 then BMW the car of choice. I took almost a month going back and fourth but Steve(what a trooper) he stuck with me, stayed polite,never pushy, very genuine guy(or great actor lol). I can not say enough good things about this man. What I will say though another BMW dealership offered me the same style BMW(different color), 10k less miles at the same price/deal as Plaza, but because of Steve Bierman's most awesome shomanship and patience I went with Plaza. I have and will continue to refer to Steve/Infiniti/Plaza. I am truly a life long customer! Addendum: Maybe I spoke to soon, while Steve from Infiniti is still awesome; I have a cosmetic issue with my car that was suppose to be fixed before I came to pick it up. Well it wasnt,took it in to have the problem fixed again. Still wasnt done, I am currently working with Jason(the used car sales manager) to fix the problem. Addendum 2: Ok so the cosmetic problem was fixed FINALLY, but I continue to have problems with my BMW and Plaza BMW. Jason while appears to be nice he seems to be a little shady. Won't go into all the details to long and drawn out. Unfortunatley, I have to say I will NEVER refer to Plaza BMW, maybe, possibly Infiniti well Steve Bierman. Each visit to Plaza BMW just gets worse. On the part above about being a life long customer, ummmm not so much. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from PLAZA period! The only reason I will keep the rating I gave is because I was truely satisfied with my sales person who is from Infiniti NOT BMW. More
Had a scratch on my car the day i leased it. Brought it in to have the scratch removed as they prmised to fix the day i purchased, took them 3 times to get it right. Every time i was called that it was rea in to have the scratch removed as they prmised to fix the day i purchased, took them 3 times to get it right. Every time i was called that it was ready to be picked up, they would say the scratch was gone. I would get there and there the scratch would be. The other issue i had was there was an excessive amount of miles driven on my car. The seat, the stereo were all reprogrammed with other stations, the seat programmed so someone would be sitting practiacally in the back seat. I mentioned it twice to people and they just looked at me like a deer in headlights. I hope their service people enjoyed riving my car around and wasting gas. Should have known when I bought it the deplorable service i would be receiving when it took 5 hours to get through finance because they were so backed up the day i was there and the finance manager left there at 5pm and left the associate to take care of the line of people. I will be going to Newbold BMW from now all for all service. Plaza has completely lost my trust. For what you pay for a car, and being a luxary car, you would think they would have better service. More

I was just chatting with Tracy about eventually purchasing a new car and he mentioned to me a great deal Plaza was offering on new 2011 BMW 328x iDrives. I stopped by the dealership and fell in lov purchasing a new car and he mentioned to me a great deal Plaza was offering on new 2011 BMW 328x iDrives. I stopped by the dealership and fell in love with the car. The service was outstanding and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will certainly recommend friends and family to Tracy and be back once my lease is up! More
Oh where do I begin? My experience was repugnant. I (or any member of my family) will certainly NEVER purchase a car from ANY Plaza-affiliated dealership NOR have any work performed by them. What a deplora any member of my family) will certainly NEVER purchase a car from ANY Plaza-affiliated dealership NOR have any work performed by them. What a deplorably-run dealership!! I took my car in for service. When I dropped my car off I noticed the service bay was bumper-to-bumper FULL of cars. I dropped my car off and was promised it would be ready the following day (they were simply fixing the washer fluid pump). The service advisor said he was going to add additional information to my service request "because BMW doesn't like us adding stuff later because then they think we're looking for things." I informed him I NEVER say my car leak anything but he insisted he was adding "customer states he saw fluid dripping under the car." I once again told him this was not the case but he added it anyway. My car was delayed an additional 2 days. I called the day before and the advisor said he would call when it was done tomorrow. I never received a call. So at 4:00 PM the following day I called and was informed my car had been ready since early in the morning and my advisor left early for the day. The receptionist was surprised no one called me. I picked up my car at 5:30 PM that day. They parked my car outside (it was starting to get dark as this was a couple of months ago), gave me the keys after I paid and that was it! No one looked at my car with me, did a walk around, nothing! Let me also mention when I dropped my car off the advisor FAILED to perform a walk-around my car at that time as well. I drove home, pulled in the garage, go out of my car, and walked out of garage when my BUMPER strikingly caught my attention. IT WAS DAMAGED!!!! I was furious!! The damage was at the level of another car's license plate frame, had some white paint on it, and my toe-hook cover was popped out. I didn't even know the cover came off. It also spidered the bumper. My guess is they tried pulling my car closer to the one in front of it (an SUV) after I left and pulled too close and hit it. Both the service advisor and GM of Plaza were very unpleasant, rude, and plainly lousy. They stated no damage occurred while my car was in the shop YET THEY REFUSED TO PULL THE SHOP CAMERAS. They even LIED and stated they do not have cameras!!! Yes they most certainly do. I went spoke with the service manager then GM once and they refused to discuss it further. They know they damaged my car!!! It is parked in a garage and I went NOWHERE after I picked it up. I was out $1200 for the repair. *****BUYER BEWARE***** More
I was referred to Plaza by a friend and I am totally impressed and very pleased with the wonderful sales, finance, and service departments. I finally buckled down to purchase my BMW dream car after mai impressed and very pleased with the wonderful sales, finance, and service departments. I finally buckled down to purchase my BMW dream car after maintaining my old Mitsubishi Diamante for 14 years, so you can say I was a bit rusty purchasing a car, but everything went smoothly. It was a used BMW and the next day I had an issue, and because management stepped up to the plate to ensure to resolve the issue and keep me happy, catapulted this dealership to the highest level for me. They were honest, fair and very pleasant. Truly a customer service oriented dealership. Why would I go anywhere else? Wanda More

My experience in purchasing my new car was awesome. I was greated very coueteously, handled with the upmost respect. The car was ready when I arrived. Due to the busy day, my sales person stayed two hours after the dealer was closed to ensure my experience was completed successfully. The finance manger was also very effiecient. This dealer ship is very customer oriented............making your experience such that you will return. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I actually purchsaed the car i retuned at another dealership whi I was not satisfied with......Plaza restored my confidence with the BWM experience. I will continue to have Plaza handle all my business. I love my new car.........It';s awesome!! More
