I went to several nearby dealerships and then ended up at plaza bmw where Brandon pittman pointed me to the right direction giving me option for certified preowned and lease. Negotiating a deal is as always a difficult ordeal, but I ended up getting a cpo 4series coupe with configuration of what I wanted and even more. There were some minor defects in the car like a disconnected fuel lid, but they are doing the courtesy of fixing so that I can drive around with what looks like a pretty fresh new car. More

Outstanding service! Plaza BMW is not the first BMW dealership that I visited to purchase a vehicle for my wife, in fact we visited three in the Saint Louis metro. The te Plaza BMW is not the first BMW dealership that I visited to purchase a vehicle for my wife, in fact we visited three in the Saint Louis metro. The testament here is that we felt so confident and impressed with service that we drove 35 miles back to Plaza BMW, which was the farthest dealership that we visited. We were assisted by Eric Fultz, and Brandon Pittman for sales. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable about the models, standard features, optional packages and financing options. We were given plenty of time to analysis our choice of vehicle and were very comfortable with a no pressure sales attitude. Andrew LeBlanc gave a superior tutorial to my wife about all the features of the vehicle during delivery day. Over the next half hour, my wife was shown how to operate the vehicle and engage the features. His knowledge regarding the systems easily puts him in the subject matter expert level of BMW. Javier Terrazas completed our contracts and value added packages. He made the effort hassel free, and helped us select extra value added packages that were well worth it. Overall, top notch professionalism from these four, and they bring great credit upon themselves and Plaza BMW. If I’m in the market for another BMW, it will be from this location and hopefully through Eric or Brandon, "closing" by Javier and with a delivery by Andrew. More
