I wanted a fairly specific vehicle and I located two candidates. One was at Plaza BMW and the other was at a dealership in Texas. Initially both of the internet sales teams were very responsive, but after asking a few questions and requesting some specifics on the cars, the Plaza BMW team stood out as being both serious and responsive. I worked primarily with Eric, the New Car Sales Manager, but everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was a great representative of the brand. I feel that I received a fair deal on both the new car purchase as well as the disposition of my trade. I spent a little more time in the store than I had planned but there are just certain things that have to happen when you purchase a car. I am absolutely enjoying every minute behind the wheel. More

xxxxxxPros I had the pleasure of a customer experience recently that would be difficult to duplicate. It did not occur within the hospitality industry where it I had the pleasure of a customer experience recently that would be difficult to duplicate. It did not occur within the hospitality industry where it might be expected. It occurred at Plaza BMW and it was a car buying experience. I had the opportunity to work directly with Courtney Williams throughout the transaction and worked with Charles Smith regarding the financing. I flew in from out of town in pursuit of a vehicle I found online with Courtney picking me up at the airport and bringing me to the dealership. I am a person who enjoys negotiating and visited the dealership prepared to posture, debate, and argue as necessary. In short, I was prepared to win! What I found was a genuine, authentic team focused on my customer experience and in acting as ambassadors for the Plaza BMW brand. The efficiency of the buying process was commendable and I completed the transaction with time to drive the vehicle roughly 800 miles home on the same day. What stands out most for me are the quality of people I interacted with, the emphasis on a high-quality customer experience, the desire to consummate a competitive and fair deal, and the leadership required to orchestrate this outcome by a car dealership! My car buying experience at Plaza BMW far exceeded my expectations not only for a vehicle transaction, but for nearly all my customer experiences. I have attempted to identify how my experience could have been made better, but short of purchasing my airfare, I cannot come up with much. If you're looking for a stellar car buying experience, I highly recommend you contact Courtney Williams! I will quite likely acquire another vehicle from Plaza in the future. More

Great experience! I dreaded buying a new car. I have been putting it off for months because I didn’t want the pressure from anyone to buy right now. As a girl in her 3 I dreaded buying a new car. I have been putting it off for months because I didn’t want the pressure from anyone to buy right now. As a girl in her 30’s, I have left dealerships in tears before because of the scare tactics they have used on me around St. Louis..and I didn’t want that experience again. I started my search online and I found a car I really liked and went to check it out. Courtney Williams helped me when I got there and was absolutely the best car salesman I have ever worked with. Right off the bat, Courtney was so kind, patient and considerate and I felt comfortable for the first time buying a car. I couldn’t give him any more higher praises. I would recommend him to anyone looking at purchasing a car that is hesitant. I am beyond happy with my new car and felt great driving off the lot! More

Not Open During Published Hours - Stranded Dead Battery My battery died, and after AAA jumped it, I was told the battery replacement needed to be done at BMW Service Center to pair it to my car. Fortunately My battery died, and after AAA jumped it, I was told the battery replacement needed to be done at BMW Service Center to pair it to my car. Fortunately Plaza BMW Service is supposed to be open till 5PM on Saturday per their website and signs outside the service door, but they were not open and everyone in Service was gone. You would think Sales would see the opportunity to provide good support by providing a test drive car until Service returned to replace my battery, but everyone there was far less than helpful or friendly. I’m close to trading in my car, and now am 100% sure it won’t be at Plaza BMW. Looking forward to my new Tesla. More
