Before this purchase, I had no experience with Plaza BMW but I am very well connected in the automotive community and to be completely honest I have h Before this purchase, I had no experience with Plaza BMW but I am very well connected in the automotive community and to be completely honest I have heard nothing but negative things about the dealership so I didn't have high hopes. The first time I visited the dealership wasn't great as they I walked around for 15 minutes without anyone greeting or offering assistance to me so I left. I simply thought that they had lived up to their poor reputation and was planning on looking elsewhere. A good friend of mine urged me to contact Liath Quaisi before giving up on the dealership so I did, and I am glad I had. I ended up having another purchase contract signed and approved for another car at another dealership so I wasn't desperate to make a deal at Plaza but after a long negotiation Liath was able to make the exact deal I was after happen, which was honestly a big ask. Liath was honest and straight forward 100% of the time and quickly got answers for me, even when he was out of the office including setting up a test drive for me with Andrew LeBlanc who also was great. I can't say I am a huge fan of the dealership as a whole yet, but I cannot recommend Liath highly enough. More

I have had a really good experience with Plaza motor Mercedes and got my car with many satisfaction. So when my husband decided to get a BMW, we went to Plaza Motor BMW. But Eric gave us the worst experience ever and be so rude the whole time and pushed us so hard. When we want to negotiate the price down just a little bit more, he threw the quoting paper on us and said "you guys think about it now and I have other clients to take care". He walked away several times during our conversation. It seems like that we are begging him to sell the car to us. More
Plaza Motor is good, but their Internet manager was horrible I should gave Plaza motor a good review. My wife purchased her GLC from plaza earlier, and we had some good experience with plaza. But their Internet manager Eric Fultz was arrogant and horrible. He is the worst salesperson I've met. He behaved like we were begging him to sell the vehicle to us. When we visited the dealer, he left us there several times and told us he would rather serve other customers. Terrible experience with this guy. Never do business with him again. Try to avoid him when you consider plaza. More

She helped in any way possible. A great person & knowledgeable. No pressure and motivated until she saw to it that I got “the perfect” car for me. Also, I checked out the Plaza BMW website and read thru all the positive reviews for Daniela. And those posts wrote about how her customers were touched and satisfied with their experience with their shopping experience. Anyway, she seemed to have helped out many people and all of them were quite pleased with Daniela. So ask for her! In a nutshell, Daniela is professional, but also a pleasure to work with. She gets back to you quickly and most importantly, her “ultimate mission” is to ensure you will be most pleased with your new exotic car. I’ll be back to Plaza BMW. Sincerely, Sam H. More

The dealership owed me a couple things due to the late evening sale. They owed me a battery, car fax, and a detail. Once I returned to get the final thing they owed me which was a detail, Eric Fultz was EXTREMENTLY RUDE. He treated me like I was beneath him and was looking for a handout. I’m unsure if it’s my race or if he was having a bad day. I was calm, polite, professional, and a good Christian but he really caused me to have a great amount of anxiety. I was shaken by his blatant aggressive actions and words of disrespect. He told me that the dealership don’t owe me NOTHING. He stated that he don’t understand why I’m in the dealership trying to get a free service if I purchased the car 4 months ago. I continuously informed him that when I purchased the car they didn’t have time to do a detail or change the battery. I showed him my paperwork and coupon slip from Kent for my free detail. I asked if he was having a bad day and he continued looking down. He failed to exhibit respect, empathy, or concern for the matter at hand. I asked to me speak with the manager Ed numerous times and he never informed Ed that I wanted to speak with him. The sweet lady in the front informed Ed that I wanted to speak with him. I sat in the dealership for 3 hours because he refused to give me a loaner car. I told the staff on many occasions that I need a loaner car because I had to pick up my niece from school by a certain time. Once they brought my car to me I noticed bird poop on the care and it wasn’t fully detailed. The nice gentleman from the detail department stated that they didn’t have a chance to finish because Eric told him that I needed to leave. The detail department then stated that I should have been put in a loaner car as my reservation had stated. I agreed. I told him when I made the service reservation the young lady automatically booked me for a loaner vehicle; however, Eric refused. Eric Fultz stated that loaner cars are only for customers. I informed that I am a customer and I purchased my car at this dealership and they owed me a detail per the handwritten coupon from Kent. I then reminded him that if these services orders would’ve been fulfilled prior to me driving off the lot with my car back in Dec 2018 then I wouldn’t be here trying to take care of this issue. I spoke with Ed the GM concerning the matter and he stated that he would take care of everything. Ed then left and Eric Fultz was of no service to me. Ultimately, some nice men Laith Quaisi and Suad Makic came to my job to get my car in order to finish the detail. So, it took two days of my time to get a detail that was due to me when I could’ve been put in a loaner car. I left Ed voice messages and I asked the staff to ask him to call me and I am still waiting for a return call from the GM More

We talked to him about what we thought we were looking for and by the second visit he had solutions that fit both of our wants and needs. Rude managers - lead me away ever purchasing from Plaza I returned a couple leases to Plaza BMW. The lease turn employee (Riley) was very pleasant, so this review has nothing to do with my experience with her, but when I had to talk to the manager (Eric Fultz) about extra charges, it was a very unpleasant experience. BMW sent me paperwork prior to lease turn in detailing what to be charged for and what not to be charged for. There was a minor chip that was not spreading in the windshield on the passenger side. BMW states that since this is not in the drivers view I cannot be charged for it. Plaza tried to charge me for it, and when I disputed it and showed the paperwork from BMW Financial Services, he started to argue with me and said that he didn't want to go back and forth with me when I was simply showing what I received from BMW. I asked him if we could call BMW Financial together and he essentially said no, not my problem. In the end he said "I'm not going to go back and forth with you" and they took off the charge. I recommend going elsewhere. More
