I found a 2015 Cadillac Escalade on line got a text from Brandon followed up with him to purchase the car we agreed on a price he wrote it up for another price and said he told me he could not get it to me Brandon followed up with him to purchase the car we agreed on a price he wrote it up for another price and said he told me he could not get it to me for the price I mentioned we never had that conversation. He would tell me the car is in service it will be ready Friday , then the next Friday then the next he made me feel some kinda a way purchasing a car out of state I really lost trust in him that the car was good or if I was doing the right thing to purchase this car. They post a car that was not ready for sale could not get me information on the car from the carfax report. I finally got the car it has a problem with the steering I had it checked out at Cadillac in Charlotte there is a spring that can will make the air bag explore I called spoke with manager he was very so no going to do anything about this safety issue I have tried to speak with the General Mgt Ed they stops to call and the Mgt gets it. They knew this car had this problem put refuse to even help with a 495.00 safety issue would you want your wife , daughter or mother driving this car with this safety issue??? Today is Sunday 11/15/20 I have had this car for 3 weeks and the engine light is on this should not be happening I need someone one to contact me about this purchase this is not good. More
I purchased a BMW platinum warranty and was given totally inaccurate information about what was covered and what was not. Employees are totally uneducated about what they are selling. Manager was polite, but offered only a tiny discount on work that was supposed to be totally covered. He seemed unconcerned about customers being given inaccurate information. Consequently, I am going to be out an enormous sum of money and holding the bag with an inferior warranty. NOT GOOD. NOT SATISFACTORY. More

Plaza BMW Sold Me a Broken Car I will start this off by saying I've been a long time customer of Plaza Motors, My family has purchased 4 cars from them and have had nothing but plea I will start this off by saying I've been a long time customer of Plaza Motors, My family has purchased 4 cars from them and have had nothing but pleasant experiences (Mainly at Plaza Mercedes). But About 2 weeks ago I bought a Honda S2000 from Plaza BMW, everything seemed fine, I even got a great deal on the car. Alas, about a week later I find out that the car had $6500 worth of damage that they didn't disclose to me when I bought it. I asked for the inspection report that they did before they sold me the car, and to my surprise they left out all information concerning the clutch in the report (that's the part that was broken). Now they have become extremely rude and have stopped accepting my calls. They will not work with me at all and are trying to have me foot the bill. Because of this I know have to get lawyers involved just to return the car. Plaza BMW is full of scammers and rude sales people (Statement based on my personal experience and is only directed toward the people I personally dealt with) THIS IS A WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING A CAR AT PLAZA BMW, I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO END UP IN A SITUATION LIKE I AM CURRENTLY IN. ALL OTHER PLAZA SUBGROUPS I HAVE HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH BUT BMW WILL KNOWINGLY SELL YOU BROKEN CARS. More
