Plaza collision has now had my car x 2 months. There is no communication unless I call them. The young ladies answering the phone are very rude and not knowledgeable at all. I finally spoke to Markalia, whom attempted to transfer me to Justina but I got her voice mail instead. After calling back speaking to Markalia, I was told, that the parts was order from plaza parts on 10/28 and that they have yet to hear back from parts. When asked for contact information regarding parts I was told her manager emails parts and there was no contact. At that time I asked for her manager and she then gave me plaza parts number, where I spoke to Austin and was told due to the “pandemic “ things are just very bagged up! Don’t get me wrong, I work everyday in the “Pandemic “ and we all are affected some kind of way, but simple communication or update is helpful, I mean I leave messages and no return call. At that time Austin transferred me to Bobby whom is his manager and after he investigated, per him one part is already in but they’re waiting on another part. Everybody I spoke to said it was BMW of North American issues. Nobody validated the fact that it’s been 2 months, the fact that nobody has reached out to communicate with me, nobody has returned my message left, or the fact that the young ladies in the office is very rude. It’s always the same issues with PLAZA BMW. More

I was an out of town buyer and Nathan Adams did an excellent job of walking me the through the buying process and provided a great video going over the entire car for me. When I arrived at the dealership to pick-up the vehicle, it was in great condition just as described by Nathan to me over the phone. I put a lot of trust in Nathan that the vehicle would be just as described and it was. Very happy with my decision to purchase from Plaza BMA and would highly recommend Nathan Adams as a salesperson. He is a man of integrity and a true professional. More

Sold my vehicle to Plaza 8-11-21 Money that is owed to me after payoff has not been recieved. Called and left vm to Sales Manager 8-19, no response. Called Sale Mgr 8-23, he said would check into it. 8-24 Sa after payoff has not been recieved. Called and left vm to Sales Manager 8-19, no response. Called Sale Mgr 8-23, he said would check into it. 8-24 Sales Mgr left me vm say accounting had check but forgot to send out, overnighting that morning. 8-26 still no check called Sales Mgr left vm. Called again found out Sales Mgr out requested to speak to GM, not available left vm for GM or someone to call back. No Response. NO CHECK More
I came here in June 2020 to service my BMW I purchased in 2018 because I had ONE flat tire. They convinced me during this visit that all my tires looked bad and I should replace all 4 of them. I know nothing about cars and I drive a lot in the city, plus the guy that sat me down seemed concerned that it was in the best interest of my safety to have them replaced so I agreed. Well, I just learned how to read the DOT manufacture date on tires and realized that the front 2 tires were made in 2020, and the back 2 tires are the ORIGINAL ones I had from 2018. I am incredibly disappointed with the dishonesty of this dealership. I live 5 minutes from here but never again will they get my business and I will be placing a complaint with the BBB. Shame on me for not being a more informed consumer, but shame on them for for robbing people. You are the reason women hate getting their cars worked on. More
