I had a run flat tire blowout a few afternoons ago. I phoned Plaza Service and although they were totally booked the next day, they told me to bring it in and they would work me in. Recently I took my vehicle in to Plaza BMW for service, it was my first time at the dealership and it was a pleasant experience. I noticed they busy as there were quite a few cars in the line ahead of me it was my first time at the dealership and it was a pleasant experience. I noticed they busy as there were quite a few cars in the line ahead of me but that never became an issue. As soon as I can inside someone directed me to the service desk, my appt was confirmed and a service manager brought me into his office. From that point everything just seemed to go by without me even taking notice of the time. My vehicle was checked out in a timely fashion and I was given a report. Two items needed to be repaired but I would need to make an additional appt since it would require me leaving the vehicle with them for at least a day. The waiting area was clean and very relaxing, someone gave me water then said they also had coffee. I found nothing but courteous and professional people there and I will be returning.
