'Drove from St.Pete Bch to buy a used '10 ridgeline with internet price in hand as well as title to my car.Dealt with the obligatory "middleman sales" person very nice person). The manager admitted the inter internet price in hand as well as title to my car.Dealt with the obligatory "middleman sales" person very nice person). The manager admitted the internet price is to "get you in the door" which is where everything came to a screeching halt."no wiggle room" on the internet price, which was pretty close to the kelly blue book.Nope, wouldn't take anything else off and offered less than kelly blue book for my car as tradein.Yep,I could have come up with more $$$ but he wasn't budging,I can be just as stubborn.Really had to walk out when he suggested maybe a ridgeline was a little too rich for me.Ladies,a word to the wise, maybe it would help to take a man with you;probably wouldn't hurt. The salesperson knew NOTHING about the vehicles on his lot - he had to check on price, mileage, etc. he frequently had to go to his manager, even to ask for a set of keys. Then claimed that he would 'get lot - he had to check on price, mileage, etc. he frequently had to go to his manager, even to ask for a set of keys. Then claimed that he would 'get in trouble' if he didn't get all of our contact information and try to get a sale. He constantly whined about getting in trouble with management. Very unprofessional behavior. We asked about a specific car (we had seen on the Internet, but didn't initially tell him that). The Internet price was different, and the Internet photos clearly showed damage to the rear bumper. Guerrero claimed that he was not aware of any damage or repairs, but we pointed out the paint drips and paint remnants on parts of the car. Their body shop did LOUSY work, and didn't even attempt to conceal it. Plus, they only fixed half of the damage! And for this they want to charge a reconditioning fee, which they only told us about at the end of our visit! We were also told that the Carfax was clean, but when it was pulled it clearly stated that the odometer reading had been altered. Who knows what the real mileage on that car was? This was the worst, most unprofessional, and deceitful treatment I have ever received from a dealership. We won't go back. Run, don't walk away! More
Prices posted on windshield are deceptive and it is impossible to purchase a vehicle at the posted price. The fees that the dealership adds after the deal is made are excessive i.e. Electronic Registra impossible to purchase a vehicle at the posted price. The fees that the dealership adds after the deal is made are excessive i.e. Electronic Registration Filing Fee $ 184.00 which is 8 times the average fee charged by other dealers, Predelivery Service Fee $ 599.00 Most dealers do not charge this fee, Dealer Preperation Fee $ 399.00 (they tell you that this is for pin striping and the free oil change for life--So is it really free?) So if you think that you got a good price add $ 1182.00 + tax to the price of any other dealer and think again. More
