Horrible, do NOT waste your time. Drive an hour and a half to get a car. Got there, loved the car, go to buy it, and the actual sticker price was $2500 more than the advertised price. When asked how they can advertise this price since it’s impossible to get that price, was told that the owner puts the price online not them and to read the fine print on the advertisement where it says that there will be additional fees. So, add about $6000 to the advertised price and you’re getting closer to what they will charge. I looked at a car advertised at $9950, the end price was $17900! More

The agreed upon price was $38800. I owed $36800 after the deposit. After seeing I could afford more the sales manager told me the price had increased and they needed an additional $2000. I got a refund on my deposit and left. Buyer Beware: Arcadia Chevrolet lists their vehicles on the internet at low prices to get a good KBB rating. They will NOT discuss "out the door" price over the phone. They will add $3000 to $5000 in "dealer fees", that is basically scotch guard and paint sealer with no proof of application, to the price before adding taxes.
