Second time might be last. Went in for my 1st oil change through my purchased dealer. I had inspection $10 NYS Safety Inspection And warranty minor part replacement back in Jun Went in for my 1st oil change through my purchased dealer. I had inspection $10 NYS Safety Inspection And warranty minor part replacement back in June 17. All went well and it was very efficient and John Grossman was a pleasure to work with. Well this time Platinum sent an email with a free oil change offer. My Son usually does it at his POB. WELL FREE IS FREE.$99 FREE. John again was very efficient and wrote up WO and about an hour later while in the lot looking at a new SUV Iseen my car being parked completed. It took forever after that to get my keys and in my way. I think John was preoccupied with a couple of calls and reception asked him after 20 min of me,waiting asked him the,status. He still hasn't gotten the paperwork back from tech. Well if he's busy he,should had,another writer help him out if he couldn't address his current waiting customer. Finally he directed someone to assist me because I asked him for my keys. Just left a bitter taste in my mouth and this,is why 4 stars,instead of 5. No multi inspection report but I did get a printed service sheet of work performed. I worked in service and it's not easy. But if you have a customer in front of you and one on a lengthy call you multi task. John I might be,back or go elsewhere only time,will tell. AJF More
