Platinum Volkswagen responded

"First things first you were handled above and beyond when your car would not start. It was towed in and the car started when the mechanic entered the car. Secondly the dealership handled everything, there was absolutely no need to call corporate to complain that you could not start your car when now it appears to be your error. If your going to talk about people you should know the names of such people and spell them right. Josh handled you with kit gloves you would not speak to anyone but Josh you refused to speak to the service manager. You were mad that the tow truck driver was not clean enough for you. All and all you are very unstable and as you quoted to me " I needed to take additional Valium" I explained after several hours on the phone that I am not your therapist and that you need to handle your concerns with your medical professional. No one at Platinum made a comment about wealth something else your making up in your head. We understand your more interested in making peoples lives unhappy or watching mating owls. Let me be clear my staff and myself went above and beyond for you. Due to your behavior there is nothing further to talk about you are in the wrong you don't listen to anyone but yourself. You were handled with kit gloves because no one really wanted to deal with your lunacy. We wish you the very best at any dealership that would welcome an unstable individual as yourself.
