AJ was very unprofessional after our deal was over and I was having problems with my lease return. He accused me of scratching my own car and said I was trying to make them pay for it. Once again my experience at Platinum was outstanding. I lost my first Jetta after the hurricane - which I bought from them and immediately contacted Josh to get a new one - no thought about it!
