SHE WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH! Doreen made my sales experience a good one she made me feel relaxed what a great sales experience. John and Doreen make a great team together. They were extremely knowledgeable about Volkswagen products and steered us in the right direction when we were considering other options and other types of car extremely knowledgeable about Volkswagen products and steered us in the right direction when we were considering other options and other types of cars which they felt would not benefit a lease contract. I had never leased an automobile before so I was a little apprehensive about it. AJ my salseman was very calm and did not make me feel pressured. He also did not give the sterotype high pressure sales pitch apprehensive about it. AJ my salseman was very calm and did not make me feel pressured. He also did not give the sterotype high pressure sales pitch that I have been given by so many others. When I picked up the vihicle David was very helpful by explaining all of the details of the agreement and answering and questions I had. There was also a third gentelman who showed me all the functions of the car who was also very helpful. Unfortnatly, I did not get his name. Eveyone made me feel very at ease. AFter being promised last Wednesday my new 2009 certified preowned VW Eos car would be in pristine condition inside and out by Doc P and AJ Fiore I went to pick up my car today and there was a dent on the fr preowned VW Eos car would be in pristine condition inside and out by Doc P and AJ Fiore I went to pick up my car today and there was a dent on the front grill, nicks and scratches all over the car and the inside seats were dirty. When I approached the GM with my concerns, he was rude, disrespectful, unreasonable and argumentative like he was doing me a favor taking my hard earned $22000 check. All in front of my 12 year old daughter. I was told TODAY that since I got such a good deal the didn't do any body work on this car. WHAT??? Seriously, if I had known that I wouldn't have purchased the car and or tried for a lower price. He even admitted to replace the grill was $1500. I was buying the same car I lost in the hurricane. I had purchased it from another local dealer that gave me the car in mint condition. When i asked for the manager he said "I'm two above that lady" and walked away. I am not an ignorant person. I have a Masters Degree, work two part time teaching jobs and I am a single mother. I was very excited to pick up my car today. Living in Long Beach, I am a victim of Hurrican Sandy and had to replace my car as well as the basement of my new home. I am still in the state of shock and disbelief that I was treated this way and this GM really threw me out of the dealership. I am so upset. This is not over. One thing is for sure, never ever will I purchase a VW again and I am making sure everyone I know (and there are plenty of people loooking for cars after Sandy) not to buy VW. More
