Huge shout out to Platinum Volkswagen in Hicksville and Louis Velasquez . I was looking for a car for my son and wasn't sure which car would be good for him, but we wanted a safe, reliable, and inexpensive Louis Velasquez . I was looking for a car for my son and wasn't sure which car would be good for him, but we wanted a safe, reliable, and inexpensive lease. My son and I went to a ton of other dealerships and we weren't even given the time of day. So annoying to not be taken seriously and treated like an idiot. It was the complete opposite of that when we walked into Platinum Volkswagen. We were greeted by Louis Velasquez with a super friendly "How can I help you." He showed us the VW Jetta and explained in detail all the differences between the models and then sat us down to go over prices and other details and took us for a test drive. Throughout the whole process, he was extremely helpful and respectful to us. In the next few weeks, I received numerous text messages and video presentations of the car and its features. We negotiated a price via text and then went in and signed the papers with the prices we agreed upon and drove away! Well if that wasn't enough of a great experience I just received another video text message from Louis making sure that we loved the car and that if we had any questions to feel free to reach out to him. Overall, it has been a great process working with Volkswagen Platinum and Louis, and I 100% recommend giving them a thought if you are looking for a lease or new car! More
