Platinum Volkswagen is unlike any other dealership! The staff is very knowledge, helpful and always keeps your best interest in front of making a sale. They are extremely transparent and up front about pricing and what they can do for you. Their sales staff will help you understand all the models they have and the differences between the trims. After purchasing a new or used vehicle someone will walk you through your car, teach you about every single feature and make sure you are comfortable before pulling off the lot. Effortless process I have had VW;s since the 70's .. Manny Lucas made this a seamless process from start to finish.
