Paid for car but never received car or money back I purchased a car from this company in 2014 and never received the car or my money back. I flew into Chicago because I have been searching for this sp I purchased a car from this company in 2014 and never received the car or my money back. I flew into Chicago because I have been searching for this specific car for along time and I could finally afford one so I took the plunge. When I arrived the salesman was late picking me up from the airport knowing that I had to catch a return flight back home that same day. Not a good first impression. He let me test drive the car back to the dealership. When we arrived I paid for the car and also paid $800 to have it shipped with a well known car shipping company. The salesman told me I would be receiving the car in 2 weeks and the he will call me when it ships. 2 weeks goes by and I still haven't received a call so I'm getting suspicious. I call him up and he says it should be arriving anytime soon. Couple of days later he calls me back and says that my car was stolen from the lot and totaled. So up to this point he has lied about my car being shipped and on the way already because if it was shipped already it wouldn't have had the chance to be stolen from the lot. He also informed me that he went with another shipping company. One that I did not agree on or paid for. He chose a cheaper shipping company and I'm assuming he just pocketed the extra cash. I have been in a legal battle with them since 2014 and my lawyer and judge friend told me to just let it go because if I do decide to sue them for the money back that they would re sue me and that it would be a legal battle that can last along time. So 3 years later I'm down 32grand and a car. My family is a firm believer in karma and believes that I should let it be as a sign from God and that God sees everything and that they will get what they deserve but I on the other hand am different. I had to voice my opinion and experience with this shady company. I am here to warn others to be cautious when dealing with these guys because I would hate for someone to get the short end of the stick like I did. This company clearly doesn't care about making things right. They obviously don't care about customer service or customer satisfaction as well. Be warned. More
