Brenner was the first dealership that I went to when I started looking for Jeeps, and it was the only dealership. Jim Riss was very knowledgeable about the types of Jeeps I was looking at(Patriot and Comp started looking for Jeeps, and it was the only dealership. Jim Riss was very knowledgeable about the types of Jeeps I was looking at(Patriot and Compass). He took the time to explain the little differences that each has and pointed out items I wouldn't have known from just looking at them. When it came to actually buying the Jeep, he wasn't pushy at all. Showed me the different models they had on the lot both new and used. Because of this I was able to see what I really wanted and didn't want in a Jeep. Next came the test drive and even then he showed some features that would really help on maintenance costs. When I did decided on a Jeep(used model) he showed me the tiny chips I wouldn't have noticed and let me know that the dealership had already ordered the paint for it. Picked up the vehicle the next day and the chips were already patched and couldn't tell they were there, unless you got extremely close and knew about them already. I would recommend Brenner, especially Jim Riss to anyone who is looking to buy a Jeep. -Shawn More
