Brought it back in the next day, told the same thing so we went over to the vehicle, and as expected there was a puddle, so they said they would look at it again. During this time I got a rental car because I needed a vehicle. They had the vehicle for a few days with no word so I called and asked if they had a loaner I could use because I needed a vehicle and did not want to continue paying the cost of a rental car anymore. They told me they would cover the cost of the rental so I kept the rental I had. For over a week I did not hear from them, I was always the one calling and inquiring on the status of my Jeep. Finally after 10 days I was told the jeep was ready to be picked up, apparently they had done nothing to my vehicle during these 10 days, other than clean it, because they claimed it was still residual. Drove the Jeep home and low and behold fresh oil on my driveway. They have yet to reimburse me for the rental car and it has been almost 2 weeks!! I would never have kept the rental car for 10 days if they hadn't told me they would cover it. Every time I call they say "they will look into it" and I never receive a call back. Very unhappy with this service center. More

Talked to night service manager and he told me they were ordering me another socket because they striped mine. Called the day time service manager Mike Ashworth and he attempted to miss lead me by claiming the socket was ordered to prevent further damage not because they over tightened the lugs again and striped the tool. They were dishonest about the nature of my socket I doubt they were honest about the original cause of the over tightened lugs. More
Warranty Issue I own a 09 Dodge Ram that has some rust issues with it. Upon taking it in to be looked at for warranty reasons, Chrysler denied my "claim". Jason Willis went above an beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Not only did he take the initiative to get my claim approved but he assured me that the truck would be good as new and that Chrysler would repair the issue. I was then told it would take up to 5 business days to be completed and I was informed that it was ready after 3 1/2 days. The quality of work and friendliness was awesome! I really appreciate the time, work and professionalism of everyone that was involved, especially Jason! He truly cares about his customers and does what it takes to make it right and make them happy! Thank you Jason! More
Greatest, Honest Dealership Around I was searching for a car after my car got totaled in the recent hail storm. Fortunately after a month and a half of searching for the car for me, I finally came across a car that Brenner Chrysler Jeep had posted online for sale. None of the dealerships around my area would negotiate with prices for me or were completely out of stock in my price range because the hail affected many cars. I loved the 2009 Scion Xb I saw on their website, but the price was still more than I had to buy it. I emailed them my interest in the car and within a day, Craig Keeler got back to me by email. The dealership was over an hour away and I was a little skeptical of what would be wrong with it when I got there, like issues I saw in cars nearby. Craig shared all the information about it with me over email and dropped the price for me. However, I still couldn't afford it, so Craig worked with me and dropped it even further. He made my day even though someone else was interested in it, he got back to me and offered me it. I went the next day and I immediately fell in love with the car. It was everything I expected and what was told to me about it. The wait time when I arrived was minimal and the staff there were very professional. Craig was a life saver for me at the time when I was desperately in need of a car after a month in a half without one. I would recommend the Brenner dealership to anyone looking for a car and would especially put Craig Keeler's name out there. He also called me the following week and month to make sure everything was going well with my new purchase. I would definitely drive there again and purchase another car from them in the future. Thanks for ALL of the GREAT service from start to finish Mr. Keeler! More

I have been to many dealers, all of them wanting to play the numbers and waiting game. Here with John Smith, we reviewed the exact Jeep I inquired about to make sure its what we wanted, was given the price we agreed to through email, and got a great trade in value on my trade-in with no hassle. I came in expecting to be there for hours negotiating price and trade in value, however, once at the desk the deal was done within minutes, with the trade in value right where KBB and Edmunds had the dealer trade in value set at. I would highly recommend this dealer and the salesman John Smith, and we definitely be back again to buy our next vehicle here! More

We purchased a 2014 Wrangler Jeep and are very disappointed in the dealership's "no loaner" policy. We realize that mechanical issues can happen even in new vehicles but expect that the dealership disappointed in the dealership's "no loaner" policy. We realize that mechanical issues can happen even in new vehicles but expect that the dealership ease the inconvenience by providing a loaner ..... Not offer a $35 a day rental solution! The next time we purchase a Jeep, we will seek a dealer who offers a loaner when a new vehicle has to go into Service due to a mechanical malfunction. Especially when under warranty! We currently have 3 new vehicles in our family and have not experienced this practice until now with Brenner. Lesson learned. Brenner needs to stay competitive in today's environment and this is not the way to do it. More
Scott Clayton sold us our last new Jeep and is the main reason we returned to Brenner when the time came to replace it. He patiently answered our many questions and, if he didn't immediately know an answe reason we returned to Brenner when the time came to replace it. He patiently answered our many questions and, if he didn't immediately know an answer, he went and got it without hesitation. He's a great guy to work with and made us feel comfortable and unpressured while we weighed our options and ultimately leased a new Jeep. Scott in particular and Brenner in general worked hard to find the vehicle we wanted and made the leasing process very easy. We'll definitely go back again. More

So, of course, I called him this time. And the experience was just as wonderful. Keep in mind that I have been looking at 4x4's for a long time & nothing I was seeing really had a 'look' that said 'wow' for me. I was very conflicted about just what brand & make of new vehicle I should buy. I arrived at Brenner Jeep very frustrated and discouraged. But Craig listened to me, he really worked hard to understand what I was feeling, and he started asking questions about what I loved about my Jeannie. He respected my comments & my hesitancy when we first began talking. But as we talked more, it didn't take that long for me to start to see that the 2014 Patriot was actually a lot like my 2000 Cherokee Sport. It has the 'square' look, spacious interior, & functionality + so much more that I really did love in my old Jeep. I could go on-and-on about Craig's product, financing, warranty, & technical knowledge. He delivers comfortable genius to customers visiting Brenner. I am extremely pleased with, and wholeheartedly grateful to Craig Keeler for his expert help in making my car buying experience so satisfying. Thank you, Craig!!
