They even know this, due to the fact that they themselves have NOT sent me any constant emails, requesting me to write a review. Timing is everything, the service is not so speedy. I scheduled an appointment for the early morning, and my car was not ready for 9 hours... For something that only took an 1 hr to even 2 hours max! Maybe the staff is not so experienced or they just put my car to the back and serviced 9 hours worth of other vehicles instead of mine. Either way I took a loss that day without having my vehicle. And please, there was no rhyme or reason really explained to me. Nor a call to explain that they will have my vehicle for so long. It was said "someone was there who wasn't suppose to be, and we were backed up". I did not agree to drop my car off all day whatsoever, I have only done that one time before two years ago, and it was still ready in 3 hours. Over time I have noticed the service declining more and more. I do not know any of the employees names, but Scott, because he was the last person I had to interact with. Sure enough, the exact Cherokee Trailhawk we were looking for arrived at Brenner. After the other dealer refused to even attempt a dealer trade "...since Brenner is our cross-town rivals," I talked to Tom, who said they'd honor the deal from the other dealer. Went in to Brenner that night, and met Josh, who helped us through the whole process painlessly. Everything was done in under two hours (even with a test drive!), and was exactly what car buying should be: fun, exciting, painless, and hassle-free. The professionalism and proficiency that both Tom and Josh had the entire time was great and refreshing. Even the finance manager Brian was great! I would definitely (and did!) recommend Brenner to friends and family, and will happily buy from them in the future! More
No way to keep a customer! I recently bought a certified used Jeep from this dealer and overall it was a fair transaction although there were hitches in the paper work (I had to I recently bought a certified used Jeep from this dealer and overall it was a fair transaction although there were hitches in the paper work (I had to come back to re-sign all the docs because of a dating mistake), a missing extra key and missing windows for the soft top that came with the vehicle. It was sold with the hard top in place but was also sold with the soft top. However, I wasn't told by the dealer and then later noticed that the plastic zip on windows for the side and back of the Wrangler unlimited were missing. Had I know this fact I would had asked for some money off from the vehicle since they are suppose to be part of the top. Instead when I told the dealer about this he said that it was a "bikini top" that didn't come with windows, which was a totally false. It was not that type of top but a full top that included windows which was confirmed for me by a former Jeep mechanic who examined the top and vehicle. I wanted some sort of "adjustment" and even offered to come half way on a price of replacement windows. They offered me a set for $550!!!, which is full price. I finally found a set on eBay for $100 OEM + $25 shipping from a Jeep dealer in Texas. Needless to say this has soured me to using Brenner for future service or recommending them to other customers. It would had took so little to resolve this matter but greed got in the way. April 15, 2015 - UPDATE: The dealer did in fact contact me, probably after I posted the original review. They did in fact offer to refund me $125 for the new windows. I sent them the paper work on April 10th and have not heard anything yet but perhaps it's too early. However, I also discovered that the door surrounds that come with a soft top were also missing. So I had to spend an additional $265 on ebay to get a set! Clearly no one checked the convertible top for this vehicle, as is required for a certified used Jeep, otherwise it would have been known that about half the parts for the Jeep soft top were not included. A fact, that I could had lived with but I'd still would have asked for a price reduction on the vehicle. I'll let you all know if I get the $125 refund. April 20, 2015 - UPDATE: I received a check for $125 and personal note from the sales manager today, so it was nice to see that they came through with what they promised. However, I still had to buy door surrounds (for an additional $265 on eBay) to complete the top but I'm done with this incident and would rather walk away with some money and lessons learned. If I had know all these parts were missing I would have asked for about $400 off the vehicle. A certified used vehicle doesn't always mean everything is perfect and has been checked so beware. More

Then I got a phone call about my first bad review from Jordan, claiming the GM would give me a call but of course NO PHONE CALL!!! So maybe writing bad reviews every where then someone will contact me regarding my car! Would never recommend this place to anyone! More

A family friend bought a 2014 focus for 12 grand with 10,000 miles on it and mine had 35,000. This truely screwing me. I don't appericate it and not only I traded two cars in and only have papers on the one car. And I'm in a lease and I'm stuck because they say we can trade cars to me not even trying to see if it's possible is bad customer service. I will not be keeping the car. and now I'm talking to a lawyer and he's looking over the lease agreement, I'm so upset the car is not worth 16,000 with the 12,000 for the lease. This is so upsetting. More

Craig is a great professional with personal touch kind of a guy and I never once felt like he want to just make a sale. Worst Dealership in the world!!!!! I had wrecked my Jeep out near Mechanicsburg (I live in Pittsburgh), about 4-6 weeks ago and had it towed to Brenner Jeep for them to fix it. Worst mi I had wrecked my Jeep out near Mechanicsburg (I live in Pittsburgh), about 4-6 weeks ago and had it towed to Brenner Jeep for them to fix it. Worst mistake ever! I will call to try and check on my car and they are so unorganized there that they continuously can never find it. I always have to call then to their body shop just for them to tell me they don't have it that I need to call the Jeep dealership, over and over again (this happens every time I call). I will give them both my name and VIN number and still they can never locate it. Then they say they will call back which they never do. It was there for about 2 weeks before anyone even ordered parts for it (the estimate was done within days of it being there). Once the parts were ordered it was another two weeks until finally I called and they decided to tell me then that my parts were on back order, which was now about 4 weeks of them having my car. The part finally came in just for them to tear my car apart just to find more damage done to the car, which is what they should have done from the beginning to make sure everything was ordered. So it now being about 5-6 weeks of them having my car they now have to wait for the insurance adjuster to drive another 3 hours to come out and look at the car again and for them to order more parts that are on back order, which by the time they come in we will be looking at about 2 months + of them having my car. Truly the most unorganized dealership I have ever dealt with and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone what so ever!!!! More
