Igor was knowledgeable and professional and very eager to please. He explained everything in detail. We would highly recommend Brenner Jeep and Igor for an "easy-peasy" buying experience! More

Never supplied the info I requested Found a Jeep on their website and contacted the internet department. Specified I was ready to buy if the price on it and my trade was good. I replied back by email and asked where they were at the next day and said I was ready to buy and getting one that weekend. No answer back. Next day, another salesman calls but did not answer ny of my questions. To date, never got any of the info I asked for so I bought a Jeep at another dealer. Terrible customer service. More

Worst dealership ever Worst dealership I ever seen. They lied from first. Visit. I was in last week to buy a car and they quoted me a monthly payment so we said ok. I was called and told it was in shop being checked out and be done next day. The next day they called and left message to call them.They told me that if it didn't need alot it was same payment.I called them and they said it's ready so I asked about the monthly payment. They told me that the bank changed their mind on term of loan how long to finance it. Then I was informed the payment went up 95.00 a month. I asked why and they said it had to do with mileage. It was also 2000 more than it was worth. The First one they tried selling me was 9000 more than its real value. When I asked why they said bank had a long time and didn't want lose money on it They lied to me from when I walked in the salesman,manager and finance preson. Lousiest car buying experience ever! Scammers We recently traded our SUV in for a mini van at their tent sale. We owed a good bit on our SUV but they told us they gave us 6000 for it the next day We recently traded our SUV in for a mini van at their tent sale. We owed a good bit on our SUV but they told us they gave us 6000 for it the next day we looked over all our paper work something didn't seem right we hated the van! We called an offered 1000$ to get our SUV back the said no we gave u 6000$ we tried to trade the van in at a different dealer they informed us we were way over charged. And came to find out they did not give us 6000 for our SUV they gave us 1000 but wouldn't sell it back to us at that still saying they gave us 6000. So we went back to brenner to play stupid we wanted out of this van. We got the truth tho they did not give us the 6000 they said they did only gave us 1000 and tacked 13000 dollar onto a van that's only worth 20000! We had worlds they said they would check into everything. Weeks later we have heard nothing! More
