We normally wouldn't drive 50 minutes to a dealership to buy a vehicle or for service, because it is simply out of our way, but Brenner had the vehicle we wanted to see ( 2011 Jeep ). We were treated kindly and respectfully by everyone, and we believe that Daryl was straightforward in the cost, rebates, and trade in value of our 2002 Jeep. He was helpful with us in choosing options when we placed our order. It took ten weeks for our Jeep to arrive, but we understood that it was out of Brenners control. On the evening we picked up our Jeep, we went through the paper work expediciously, and Craig gave us a crash course on the operations. There are still things in the computer system that I need to investigate again. We will bring our Jeep to Brenner for service because of the convience of the service hours. I attended and enjoyed the seminar that was given on 11-09-10 for new Jeep owners. We hope to continue a good working relationship with Brenner Service. More
