He stated just a minute and returned with 3 keys, for a Laredo, Limited and Overland all with our specifications. We test drove the Limited and Craig explained all the features in great detail. My wife was impressed with the interior. In two days we drove off the lot in our new black Grand Cherokee Limited. Craig was a pleasure to deal with, he is friendly, knoweldgable, professional and knows everything about Jeeps. Brian reviewed our financing options and obtained a rate better than our local bank provided resulting lowering our monthly payment. Brian works on behalf of Brenner Customers to obtain the best deal for them. I returned to Brenner after a week to have mud flaps and rubber mats installed and was impressed with warm friendly service I received from the Service Department. On a new Town & Country (at 20,000 miles) they wanted to perform a $150 Throttle Body cleaning. Really! At 25,000 miles I put it in for a front end alignment and it came back worse than it started. The financing aspect was simple and the finance manager went above and beyond to find me the best rate he could. He secured financing for me that would have been sufficient but continued to look until he found me a better deal lowering my monthly payment. For me to give someone a high rating is notable and I would say they earned it! More
