Friendly sales man - very informative and polite. Used car business manager gave extremely low trade in value for high quality used vehicle. He said it would cost thousands of dollars to replace a soft to car business manager gave extremely low trade in value for high quality used vehicle. He said it would cost thousands of dollars to replace a soft top when it reality he admitted after the sale was complete they could find a new top for $500. He said no upholstry shop would repair tear in soft top - admitted after the sale that there were two local places that would likely do the repair. Received a great warranty and price for the new vehicle. Employees I worked with were very business-oriented and not very personable. More

We were introduced to Scott in service and informed us of our first oil change. He went over information and made our appt for our first oil change. We bought our 2008 Jeep Compass 4 months ago, and took it in for the free oil change. After the oil change Brenner did their complimentary 23 point inspection. During which they broke the tire pressure monit in for the free oil change. After the oil change Brenner did their complimentary 23 point inspection. During which they broke the tire pressure monitoring system sensor on one of the tires. Instead of fixing something that happened in their shop for free, they told us we would have to pay $144 to get it fixed. I asked about the warranty we PAID for that was supposed to cover everything on the vehicle including wiper blades( at least thats how it was sold to us), they said it wasn't covered because of our $150 deductible(that we didn't know about). I know it's my fault for not reading the warranty more closely, but I trusted them when they said they wanted a customer for life. More importantly though how do you break something on a customers car and then expect them to pay to have it fixed. UPDATE: Eric Walther was great he contacted us after realizing that we didn't receive the proper customer service experience. He apologized numerous times stating that they should have involved him from the beginning. He had us bring the car back in so they could fix the tire pressure monitoring system sensor at no cost to us. If they had done this on the first visit we would have given them all fives. All in all it turned out to be a good overall experiance, and we would recommend them for your service needs. More

Not impressed at all. Bought a used car over a month ago and drove it for a week and a half and it started having transmission issues. Vehicle came with a 3 month/ 3000 mile warranty. After noticing this I went to use the high beams and they did not work. So I called Steve McMullen and informed him about the high beams. I made anppointment to have it looked at after it was done in the body from a small fender bender. It showed up a few days early to the dealership no big deal. It was scheduled for a monday. Come wednesday I hadnt heard anything so I called to check in on it. The vehicle had to subleted out for the transmission work and the advisor was in the process of checking with Steve on the lights. Long story short the 3 month/ 3,000 mile warranty on the power train they didnt back. Instead they used my aftermarket warranty that I PAID for. They paid my deductable for me a whole woping 100. The lights he wouldnt do anything with to help me out until I bitched about it then wanted to charge me half for a part that shouldnt have passed PA State Inspection let alone been put on the car lot that way. Needless to say I should have learned not to buy a car from a place that screwed me for so many years as an employee, now they have screwed me as a customer. More
