We were most impressed with Ryan’s friendly, helpful approach to selling us a new vehicle, and then his efforts to make sure we understood how to use all of the vehicle’s features before we drove away. After over 40 years of car buying, that’s a first! We arrived to ask for a test drive mid afternoon, traded in a used vehicle, had additional options added to the new Jeep, and drove the new Jeep home in time for dinner. Went into the dealership to see about a particular vehicle advertised in a sales promotional flyer. Craig is great. We have bought 3 vehicles from his so far. Signing the papers was also as seamless as possible. They have a pretty good selection as well. Bought a 2008 Jeep Patriot (new) from Jim a few years ago. Easy going, not your typical in your face salesman; also had good, personable experience with Darrell, the sales mgr. So, in need of an minivan upgrade went back to Brenners. Jim took the time to sit with us in the van and explain all the bells and whistles, including the programmable radio stuff. As for service dept., have had a leaky sunroof on 2 occassions with the Jeep = due to clogged drain system which can been blown clean with a can of compressed air....so if you have had this problem too keep that little drain tube open/clean. There was a recall on this, but was told by Svc dept that our 2008 Patriot would not be included ...otherwise, they have been on schedule & without issue re: a recall and two extended warranty repairs on our 2005 Grand Van. Had previously shopped for vans at another area Chrysler product dealer several years ago (not pleased with that experience) so Brenners is the delaership I we have gone to, and will return to, for sales, recall issues (even though they need to re-think the no-recall decision on our 2-time leaky Jeep sunroof !) and warranty service. More
