I attended the Harrisburg Auto Show with my husband, for the first time in our lives, this January. The sales person, Ryan Clay, was very personable and seemed sincere and trustworthy. Since we couldn't test drive the car, we made arrangements to meet at the dealership on Monday, after the show was over, if the car didn't sell. There was no pressure or sales pitch, which we really appreciated. Ryan called us Monday afternoon to let us know that the car was still available, so we went to check it out. He showed us how all the bells and whistles worked, and we took it for a test drive. When it came time to discuss the final price, again, there was no high pressure sales pitch. We exchanged ideas on the price and that was it. We were sold. We got great service, price, and drove our new van home that evening. In forty years of marriage, we have never had an easier or smoother experience in purchasing a car. We would recommend Brenner Chrysler Jeep in a heartbeat! More
